Underrated NYC Style Clothing Boutique. Serendipity 3, one of the most underrated boutiques in Houston, is right across from my old middle school; Lanier on Westheimer. I first discovered this boutique after passing by it for several months. After visiting New York in September, I was determined to visit every single New York named business in Houston. (Serendipity 3 is named after the famous restaurant of the same name near Central Park west in New York City)

When I walked into the mid-sized boutique, I immediately noticed wine! (They were having a small event) I got a chance to peruse the boutique and what I noticed is that the owner has carefully edited the boutique to have brands and lines that no one in Houston has.

The store carries lines like BB Dakota and Blaq Label and doesn't have the same lines like every other boutique in Houston has. I even had the pleasure of meeting the owner and talking to her about how she wanted to start a boutique that reflected the same style of boutiques that she saw in NYC and LA.

I walked out with a gold link necklace that I wear with everything! Great prices, great selection and a break from the mundane fashion at some of Houston's boutiques!
