We will never go back!!! We went on a Friday around 3PM before the big dinner crowd. There were only 2 other couples there. It took a very long time to get our dinner. When it finally came, the very small portion of mashed potatoes & okra were COLD. The chicken fried steaks were very small & thin.

Best steakhouse!. We went to Ransom's because my husband's band was playing a gig. The place was packed and had a very comfortable atmosphere to it. The service was friendly and attentive. Our two favorite steakhouses in NW Houston had closed down years prior, so we were looking for a new good steakhouse that wasn't a "chain" location. We live in NW Houston, so undoubtedly Ransom's is super far but we really enjoyed it and plan on coming back out.
