I had a great experience there. Everyone was nice and friendly. Had a nice waiting area. They got my.car in quick and got the problem solved. Very nice people I.would recommend this place to any one that I know. Five star rating.from me.

Excellent Service Experience. I have an SUV with a lot of miles. Brought it in to repair a broken belt and have quite a bit of other maintenance, complete brake job, replace all belts/hoses (front and rear). They even cleaned the engine. Had a minor leak problem in the rear which they took care of under warranty. Complementary ride to/from my office was a big plus. Staff was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend Milstead Car Care.

Issue Resolved!. The owner Mark Milstead quickly resolved a misunderstanding about my fuel pump repair.

In the 30 plus years of dealing with automotive repair places I have never had an issure more quickly and fairly resolved than what Mr. Milstead has done! He is an honest and fair man and stands behind his business and cares about his customers!

Bravo and thanks Mr. Milstead!!

Milstead Car Care. We have been customers of Milstead Car Care for over 3 years and still running. We have always been given great customer care service. When we have a problem with our truck the mechanics are very knowledgable about what needs to be done to fix the situation. We recommend Milstead to all of our friends. Milstead Car Care will always have our business. We would not take our truck to any other place. Thank you to the Crew at Milstead. Keep up the great work.

Milstead Car CARE. We have used Milstead Car Care for all four of our vehicles for several years now and have always been very happy with the work, including correction of work done at some specialty franchises. Awesome service!. My wife's car broke down this past Satuday but she was able to limp it home. We took it to Milstead Car Care this morning.

We had previously serviced the car at the brand's dealership in town, but had switched to Milstead Car Care for regular maintenance recently.

Milstead's took the time to ask for maintenance logs from the dealership to make sure they had the car's full history so they wouldn't repeat maintenance (and charge us for unnecessary work).

Even though the repairs weren't trivial, they turned the car around in one day and it's ready for pickup this evening!

I usually don't post positive reviews based on just one experience - we also maintain my truck with Milstead's Car Care, and this is the type of experience we receive EVERY time. Highly recommend it!
