DO NOT USE - HORRIBLE. We hired A1 All Around Movers and when I was quoted, I was told that they carried insurance for anything that was damaged or broken. There is a VERY large scratch in our brand new furniture and they will not replace the furniture (not repairable). They say we did not read the contract carefully enough though this is not what was said in person. There are MANY dissatisfied clients with this company. When I was quoted they also said that it would be $65 an hour for three movers and that trip time would be doubled. They failed to say that the entire move would be doubled (which is also in the contract, Robert says) There quoting over the phone and their "contract" are highly different. The "F-bomb" was yelled at me several times on my last correspondence with this company. Reqardless, we hired professional movers to get our belongings to a destination so it would not be damaged and that is not what was done. We are very angry with this company.

It also lists that this is a BBB member on many websites. I called to confirm and this is not true. In fact, it has received an "F" under that certification

Worst moving company in Houston. Do NOT use this company. They are scam artists. I was quoted an hourly rate over the phone, then once they arrived (3 hours late) they told me once we arrived at the location the time & rate would be doubled. Plus....if you live upstairs they tack on another hour. They told me the amount and I paid it...after calculations later, they gave themselves a $20 tip. AND....they STOLE some of my items. I called the # to let them know some things were missing and they said they checked the truck and the items were not there. You could not find a worst moving company than these guys.

I was ripped off!!!!. I was quoted $65 an hour w/ a 2 hour minimum. They were THREE hours late on my moving day and when they finally showed up, they informed me I would be charged an additional hour for stairs. I was moving 30 minutes away and ended up being charged for FIVE hours!! I had to leave work to let them in since they were so late and they claimed that by having to wait, I incurred an additional hour. I called their office and the guy who answered truly did not care and said he wasn't going to do anything about it. Single women stay away from this company!!!!

Do Not Use! They Will Steal!. My girlfriend and I used this moving company to move our belongings from our place in Dickinson to Houston. Three guys loaded up our stuff, which included my iMac 20 inch computer puchased only 5 months prior, and headed down to Houston. The guys unloaded our stuff and began to place things in our new apartment. I saw everything be loaded into our apartment except for my iMac computer. I called the guy who owned the business and asked him to see if the movers had the computer and he said he would "text" his driver and call me back. I waited about 30 minutes before calling him back and he said he didnt hear back from his drivers. I then told him i was going to file a police report because he was liable. He said and i quote, " Hey man, If someone comes on to the truck and steal the computer i am not liable for that." He would not give me the names of the guys that helped us move, nor is he cooperating with police right now in giving them names. THEY DO NOT HAVE INSURANCE SO DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THEM!!!! They will try and lie to you and say that they have insurance but they dont, as my lawyer found out. The truck that they use has "We are insured" on the side, but do not believe it! Please stay far away from this shady company because they will steal your belongings and try to blame everyone around them!
