BEST TATTOO'S IN HOUSTON!. A couple of friends and I were looking for a good place to get a tattoo on Sunday night. We arrived at Outlaw a little after 11pm. They usually close at 12am on Sunday nights. We had three different people, and none of us were very sure of what we wanted. Brandon, the artist, was super accommodating and helped us with everything from font, placement, design & color. He performed each tattoo in a CLEAN and timely manner. All three tattoos look AWESOME! I wouldn't go ANYWHERE else! I will definitely go back & recommend you to go as well! Overall I would give them SIX stars & two thumps up! We had an AWESOME experience!
