AVOID. I bought this as a Living Social special, spending $40 on what I thought would be a deep-conditioning treatment, haircut, blow dry, and style. They allow 45 minutes between appointments to get this done. For $40, I barely got a trim. Definitely no deep-conditioning treatment and no blow dry. I would absolutely never go back here again for $40, and certainly not for the $98 they regularly charge for the "treatment." I wasn't disappointed; I felt scammed. Please save your money or spend at a more reputable place. I think their Living Social is going to backfire since they clearly are giving LS clients very low, low, low customer service and not even the full treatments.

PROS: *If the Houston Pavilion is close to where you work and you regularly spend $98 on a deep-conditioning treatment, haircut, blow dry, and style, then this is, well, convenient. * It's a nice size salon and for the rent, they definitely need to keep it more full than it seemed on the day I went (Tuesday at noon).

CONS: * Pay for parking if you don't work near. * Not as described. I got my hair washed and a trim. No blow dry and no deep conditioning. * Overpriced. I didn't think there was anything I saw about the skill level of the stylist that would warrant a $98 hair cut. * Lacking Customer Service. The lady gave poor directions to locating the place (she didn't mention it was in the Pavillion promenades) and I certainly didn't feel special or valued.

Bottom line: You have a choice of great salons in Houston. This is not one of them, not even at the Living Social $40 price.

AMAZING!!!!. I went in for a cut/color with Ashley this past weekend and was blown away! She really listened to what I was looking for and the salon is gorgeous! I had an amazing experience and the fact that they were open on a SUNDAY was very conveinent ! I will definatley be back !

Great Salon! Can't wait to go back.. I had a great experience at this salon. The atmosphere was very relaxing. My stylist, Ashley did a fantastic job and I can't wait to go back . The best part is its convenient to those working or living near downtown and they are open until 8pm! That's a BIG plus for those of us who work!

*HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE*. I have NEVER been treated as badly as I was at Clique Salon. 1st bad clue, the place was EMPTY! The stylist, James (the OWNER!) was not even listening as I was explaining what I wanted. He was very rushed in cutting my hair & then handed me off to someone else for highlights. I wanted a full highlight but noticed the colorist only put about 10 foils in my hair?? Once it was washed (very roughly) I commented that I didn't see any highlights. James didn't like that I was questioning the work his salon had done. Once it was blowdried I said "I really wanted more highlights. I'm not really happy with how things turned out." He responded "Thats as good as you're going to get", literally walked me out of the salon & basically told me to get out. To top that off when he asked if I wanted the bang that he had cut a little shorter I hesitated becuase I was thinking about whether I wanted a little more cut. He said "we're done. you obviously don't know what you want" This is the worst customer AND hair experience I have ever had! Warning...do NOT go to this salon.
