Unlike its neighboring Midtown drinking establishments, Community Bar has no valet parking, no dress code and no dance floor. (There is some disco lighting and blaring hip hop after dark, but that mostly seems out of place.) Patrons of varying age are content to meet up with their own friends in the tiny, neutral-colored interior and sip beer in an intimate sofa nook or out on the roomier back patio.
