Called for a "leak". Was told recaulk the tub! Needless to say I did not think that's all it was to it. Had another reputable plumbing company to come out. The found and fixed the leak. Boo ARS. Your technician was either not as knowledgeable as he should have been, or didn't think my issue warranted his time. Next time I'll call the other company 1st.

ARS Air conditioning unit repair. I used them for the first time and had a HORRIBLE experience. DON"T EVER USE THEM!!

My downstairs neighbor said water was leaking from her ceiling where my AC unit was located. I turned off my AC and made an appt for the next day at 1pm. I took the afternoon off from work. At 5pm I finally called after not hearing from them all day. They said "I was next in line and that it would probably be 1.5 more hours."

I told the dispatcher to have the driver call me to let him in the gate. He never called and the dispatcher and I had to relay messages back and forth to the driver and call the company about 5 times to get the guy at my door.

When he arrived he said "Oh, your AC unit is on the roof and I don't have a ladder. You needed to request I bring a ladder. We will have to come back another day." I was very upset that nobody told me about needing to request a ladder and I thought having a ladder was part of the job. He said it wasn't and someone would have to come another day with the ladder.

When I called the company to complain that I needed this fixed today, they told me that there was nothing they could do and that the customer service people to file a complaint with were gone for the day.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!

ARS/Rescue Rooter. Paid alot to have my tiolet repaired, and when he left it was still running. Called ARS several times, and they wanted $200 more to fix the problem.

I would not recommend this company to anyone.
