Appliance Service of Houston provides great service!. My Kenmore stackable washer-dryer unit started making loud and alarming noises as it would go through the spin cycle, so I knew I had to have a technician check it out. After researching different companies by reading customer reviews, I decided to call Appliance Service of Houston. Tolen, the service manager and technician, accommodated my work schedule and set up the service call on a Saturday morning. He arrived on time and diagnosed the problem--a faulty motor. Simply the best service center in Houston!. These people came right out to our home when our dryer broke on a Saturday. They do not charge extra for weekends! They went above and beyond to find the part for our dryer and came right out to install it when it arrived. Our appliances are made in Korea so they were difficult to find. Rates are supurb. Tolen did a wonderful job, was very informative, and just wished he fixed everything in a house because he was top on our list!

Superb Service and Company. They solved an issue with my major appliance that another company could not! The service technician displayed courtesy, honesty and efficiency. This company has competitive pricing and they are available daily on an "actual hourly appointment" basis. Do not confuse this company with other companies in the Houston area with "similar sounding names". This company is the "real deal"! I will certainly refer them to friends and relatives.
