I asked them to correct it, and the hair stylist ( I use this term loosely) seemed resentful at the idea that I wanted her to fix my hair. After a 2nd try at it, she failed again to color my hair the color I asked for and did not take responsibility for the screw up. I called twice to speak with Tina, the owner and was told that she was busy. I left 2 messages for her and a month later, still no call back. If I pay $250 I want my hair done the color that I asked for. The 'stylist' rushed the job and did not listen to my concerns. The owner is something else. Who turns away business from a paying client? This is bad business! I was ripped off and treated poorly. I would not ever trust these people with your hair!!! They are not qualified to charge such an outrageous price for crappy service.
EXCELLENT !. i have been getting my haircut here for approximately two years now along with my mother. They are very friendly, concerning, and loving towards clients. i would always be running late however, they always have a way to fit me into their schedule. All their stylists are great! If one is busy, the other is right there for me. i would totally recommend this salon towards everybody.
Great place!. I have been getting my haircut and colored here for a year or two now. They are very friendly and do awesome job. I would recommend to anyone.
Very please with my hair, all staff are very friendly. i went there for the first time to get my hair color and cut and they did a really great job. all of my friends love my new haircut and color. they are all well trained and they also show me how to fix/do my hair for the next time and they also said if i need anything or have any question just call them and they be more than happy to answer any question i might have. highly recommended. everyone there are very helpful and friendly. i feel very comfortable once i step inside the door and the guy at the front was super friendly and helpful.
Nice salon, friendly service, Giselle is awesome.
I have never had a bad experience here and have been going for about a year. Giselle cuts and colors my hair (usually highlights). She always does a great job, and even squeezed me in even when she was fully booked and I called in last minute. Everyone at the salon is very friendly and the salon itself is very nice and clean.
They offer nice little spa packages also, which I got one for my mom for Mother's Day that included a spa mani & pedi and a facial. She had never had a facial before and loved it!
Overall, I would say I am very satisfied. A bad haircut is a bad haircut, not much you can do about it except let it grow back. But I can say from what I have seen all of the staff does great work.
Kim butchered my hair!. After losing my long-time stylist, I went to Kim at this salon on a recommendation. I showed her pictures of what I wanted, discussed what I wanted, told her how I styled my hair (drying it turned under with a big brush), specified that I wanted my hair to be SMOOTH. She proceeded to hack at my hair with thinning shears (I didn't realize what she was doing). She styled it so oddly (again, not how I asked her to) that I did not realize how bad the cut was when I left. When I got home, I realized that the top layer of hair was WAY too short. When I tried to wash and style it, I realized the ends were shaggy, and there were so many random lengths on top that I could not style it the way I told her I style it. It looked bushy and frizzy and had hairs sticking out all over the place -- definitely NOT SMOOTH! Apart from the fact that this was NOTHING like what I asked for, it also DOES NOT WORK WITH MY HAIR TYPE: I have full, wavy hair that is generally pretty but tends to be a little wild, especially without the right cut. The short hairs are curling and sticking out everywhere. I had to spend another $50 to go to someone else to try and salvage it, and while it certainly looks better (the ends are even, among other things), it is going to be at least six months before I can really do what I want with it and probably at least a year before the too short hairs all over don't stick out anymore. (The woman who did the second cut said that Kim had just went to town with the thinning shears.) So after two haircuts, it still looks frizzy, b/c unless I wanted to cut it short, I just have to wait for a bunch of this hair to grow out. I have never had such a bad haircut, nor had a stylist completely ignore me like this.. DO NOT GO to her unless you want shaggy, bushy hair, because apparently she doesn't know how to do anything else.
