Great people, great sushi. I've been going to Akimi since they first opened and they have kept me coming back! The service is good and the manager is very personable. The food is excellent!! and they are always adding new rolls to their menu (just ask them if it is not on the actual menu yet). Try the Zesty Roll! YUMMMM! The prices are very reasonable for the quality and quantity of food that you get. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone interested in trying sushi and not having to worry about getting a bad taste in their mouth!

Great Sushi - Great Price. My husband and I have tried almost every sushi joint around the area and we both agree that Akimi is the best sushi for the money. Their wasabi is hot and not "watered" down. We've always had great service. Sometimes the temperature in the building isn't quite right, but that's remedied by moving to a different table! And I'm always shocked when the bill isn't astronomical!

excellent lomein. We are the regular there. Their quality was always on great. Try their rock & roll, it is totally rock!

Awful Sushi!!!!. We went for a late lunch during their "happy hour." I am, by no means, a sushi snob, but the sushi was terrible. I could not even finish any of mine and my husband's was the same. We spoke with the manager, who agreed to take the uneaten portions off our meal. We discovered later that in lieu of charging us for what we had not eaten, they charged us regular prices instead of the "happy hour" prices. Please, please go to Samaurai on Bay Area instead.
