AVOID AVOID THIS WINDOW BLIND COMPANY

In Home Solutions raised the price $500 above our original agreement on window blinds for my home. Then, They would not give me a refund. Then they said if I did not take the blinds they would keep all my money ($1500) anyway!!
In Home Solutions provided Poor quality blinds with a Very Poor installation.

- Cons: Raised the price after I paid, But can't get refund
