Maybe we werent the right people. After a suggestion to apply for a loan here, and with the business models used at a well known houston investor mentor program, my husband and I walk in there, friendly, cordial, and explain what we were doing. My husband credit is good, with not even one late payment, a loan would have place us in a perfect position, and we had the income to support our obligations, however, he said ok lets take a look, seem to know exactly what we were doing and that this would lead to more successful investing, he said call me after lunch. Once we did, he was busy and kept us waiting, since he didn't call us, I already knew he really didn't like us, in fact, I felt that when we sat down, my husband isn't a talker and won't talk with anyone, he's not good at it, and he speaks very slowly, however he wanted to speak with my husband, only to tell him that he had to many open items. That was code for: I don't want your business.
