The Peruvian-focused menu sports a selection of — you guessed it — ceviches, along with a pisco bar. It's been kept casual for lunchtime diners, but the cuisine stays elevated thanks to daring ingredients Guerrero first began experimenting with at his former post, Samba Grille.

Chef David Guerrero nails the Peruvian flavor profile with his upscale versions of this cuisine. The lunch specials are hard to beat for value. Go ahead, drive outside the loop to this restaurant, it is closer than a plane ride to Peru.
