They try hard and it shows.
Tried the Organic Spa facial via a Groupon coupon, and was most pleased with the experience.
Skylar did a great job, very meticulous and diligent in her efforts. She made sure to ask frequently for feedback as the facial progressed. I was pretty impressed that the firm has elected to use Dermalogica products as much as possible. Skylar moreover apparently has taken Dermalogica sponsored courses in aesthetics; always appreciate when someone tries to improve their baseline knowledge in their profession.
The ambience is fairly simple and minimalist, kindly put. The Spa itself I'd say should certainly not be judged by its cover - located in a very unfortunate and run-down cul de sac. Again, if you care more about what you are going there for, the outside should not bother you.
Of course I was subject to the usual strong pitch to buy products after the facial (which lasted by the way well after the proscribed one hour).
I would compare Organic Spa very favorably with FaceLogic and some of the other higher end spas in town (excepting the decor). I ended up booking a follow-on facial. In sum, Organic Spa tries hard, did what they promised and want your business. Well worth a try (and my repeat business)!
