Kid Friendly and Great Burgers. Many of my friends are frequent visitors so we gave it a try. It truly exceed my expectations. The staff was very friendly and the food was good. I had the mushroom swiss burger and it was mouth watering. Next time I am planning on splitting the chicken fried steak with my husband. It is huge and looked great.

The kids loved the animals especially the beautiful peacock.

This is a family fun place that I would definitely recommend.

Great Meeting place for Work or Family!!!. First time here. My company held their training day at Clay's and it was amazing! Nice private lodge for all the company business then chicken fried steak for lunch and finished with a margarita on the patio enjoying the beautiful weather. I am definately bringing my family back here to check out all the animals in the petting zoo. The Alpaca is sooo cute!

Place is Looking Great. Family had a Blast! They have done alot of renovations in the last month. Patio dining has doubled. The areas to have parties are unbelievable. From a lodge to a tree house room. I highly recommend Clays to everyone. Out of town family would really like the feel of this place. Kinda feels like there's still some country left in this big city! The Burgers are to die for. But don't take my word for it. Even though I'm rarely wrong!

I love this place!. My daughter had a birthday party here. They did all the set up (plates, napkins, balloons, menus) and even put my daughters name on the marquis up front. The kids fed all the animals and we were able to bring in a jumper and pinata. Food was good and all we had to do was show up - they took care of everything else!

Fun, family place - Great burgers!. This is a great family restaurant in Bear Creek that feels like it's out in the country. They have been doing a lot of improvements and the new deck is a great place to enjoy an evening out with friends while the kids run in the yard, feed the animals or play in the sand box. Check out the new tree house room - there is a huge tree growing thru the ceiling! The burgers are great!

Good ol' country place. A beer and burger place, and kid friendly. Usually the burgers are great, but occasionally I have had an over cooked one so not a 5 star place.

Good for kids and groups. Driving by you might mistake this place for stables or a ranch! This is a great place for families. The kids can run around and there are animals to feed and pet. The burgers are decent, the fries a little over-salted. I had the Vegas Sandwich which was very filling with a pounded chicken breast, bacon and fixings. Next time I'll try the chicken-fried something which looked and smelled delicious.

CBI trip for Special needs. This is an awesome place to have a CBI (Community Based Trip) for Special Needs children in Cyfair Independent School District. I am a special education teacher and found this place to be very friendly and the service was awesome and my students really enjoyed themselves.

Great for outdoors dining!. When you want to get out and have a beer or bite to eat but have kids this is a great place! Kids can pet horses, play in sandbox, kick soccer ball around while you and your companion have a chance to relax and talk. Kids love it. GREAT Chicken Fried Steak, too!

Burgers on the Deck Country Atmosphere. This is a fun place. Love sitting on the deck on a sunny day. Kids can play in the sandbox or run in the fenced yard. Feed or pet, horses, chickens, emu within sight of the tables across the yard. Ice house sort of atmosphere, wooden shack-informal. A nice break from the hectic city. Tall forest surrounds the restaurant.

Order first at the counter then food brought out. Inexpensive. Only downside is the spotty service. Waitstaff is only average. I have been to Clay's 10 times. Sometimes it takes a while for food to arrive; twice out of ten times we had problems with our order. The inside is dark and barlike with lots of wood. Has it's own character-NOT at all like one of those chain places. Lots of indoor space and private rooms that people book for birthday parties, etc.
