I used to go to the Sugar Land American Laser location, and I didn't see any results for a whole year. After I changed to the Willowbrook location, the ladies really helped to work on my settings for improved results. They're all super nice and friendly and helpful, and overall it's been a great experience going there.

I highly recommend this facility. Staff is friendly, informative and conscientious and my results of laser treatment and facials (micros. and chemical peels) are wonderful.

Great service!!. Awesome group of people! Excellent customer service! The manager and the staff are awesome. The estheticians are so nice and proffessional. They do a wonderful job at making me feel comfortable. They gave me such a great deal on my laser treatments, and I've gotten results! Also, they notify me of ongoing deals that can benefit me without making me feel pressured. Thanks guys (S.H.)
