Very Professional, Great Atmosphere. This was my first Laser Hair Removal treatment, and the staff at Avante made me feel very comfortable, with their professional attitude and technical experience.

Mary Ann Edwards Urban, was very informative, and helpful with this being my first time.

I would recommend this service to anyone!

Liars and Waste of Time. I bought a coupon off a special they were running on laser hair removal. I called first to make sure that that the area I wanted treated was covered. They assured me it was so I went ahead and bought the package. I came in for my first treatment and they said that the area I wanetd was covered, but it was $75 per treatment upgrade cost! Ridiculous. I tried to compromise and pick another, smaller area and they refused to try to satisfy me. This whole ordeal took over an hour of my time as they left me naked on the table and were arguing over things in another room. I've been to many spas in Houston and have NEVER as dissapointed as I was with Avante! Do NOT go here unless you want to deal with liars and hidden costs and dishonest people.
