Maki Sushi in Downtown Houston. What an interesting concept! Choose your own wrap, your favorite kind of rice, the veggies to go inside, and the fish of your choice. The friendly staff will roll your roll for you and top it off with one of their many original sauces. For those of you less creative (like me!), choose one of their specialty rolls. Great sushi place for lunch in downtown. I had never had sushi in my life because I never liked the raw fish. But this place has a lot of variety and good thing is that the rolls are totally customizable. E.g. I had the chicken and mushroom roll and the ultimate veggie roll. Both were great! Some tasty sauces too! I came to Houston for a week and went to this place 3 times for lunch. Very convenient and affordable sushi.
