I purchased a Groupon for Renew Skin Center plus a monthly special they were advertising. I never got to use the monthly special I purchased or barely used the Groupon either! All I got was an email from Missy Reed saying that they weren't going to be able to do laser services at their location anymore due to some legal issues but that was it. The email said they would continue their other services. She also said she would contact her clients about scheduling the laser services at another location but she never did. I also tried and tried to contact them and never got a response. I left messages before they disconnected their phone. I would have not been so upset had they just said I'm sorry but we ran into problems and can no longer stay in business or whatever than just ignoring their clients and feeling like they stole from us and left us hanging. I would have respected them much more for their honesty. I am going to contact Groupon to see if I can get some of my money back.

I purchased a massage through Groupon
with Renew Skin Center. I was really excited because it was such a good deal. I tried for months (Feb to be specific) to get in contact with them and continuously left voicemails (it is now July). I guess they just decided not to return my calls or even answer the phone. Groupon was unsuccessful in getting ahold of them so they eventually had to refund me my money. Their website is even shut down so there was no way for me to contact them that way.
I don't recommend trying to buy a Groupon and using it with Renew Skin Center, you'll be just as frustrated and dissapointed as I am.

Best my skin has looked in years!.
Went here and seen Missy Reed and she was amazing! She explained everything to me and answered all my questions. Spent an hour with me. I have seen her for 3 peels, and my skin looks and feels amazing. People actually think I have had botox. I haven't. If your looking for someone to see, she is your girl!
Place is so nice and welcoming right when you walk in the door. Little hard to find, no sign on the marque but worth the effort.
