Great response time. If you have an emergency and need a locksmith you should defintley call them. Someone gave me their phone number when I lost my car keys and had to get to work. They sent me someone in about 15 minutes and he made me new keys quickly.

Pretty good. I can not complain, the locksmith they did a great job installing dead bolts for me and he did it fast. I will keep their number on speed dial.

Best emergency service!!!. They showed up fast and got me in the car quickly. Price was excellent as compared to other services. I highly recommend this locksmith.

Best in Texas!!!. They really are the experts at what they do... They got me back in the house at 3am when I got locked out taking the dog for a late night walk. They came fast like within 30minutes and they take credit cards too. Great friendly service I thought the people answering the phones were very helpful and courteous.

HORRIBLE Customer Service.
I called to ask for an appointment for a lock repair and the person who answered the phone had a terrible attitude from the start. I told him what was happening but did not even have a chance to explain further than the basics to him before he started to making a sound of being annoyed ("ugh") and HUNG UP ON ME. I should also state that I did not treat him poorly or anything of the sort. In fact, I was barely able to say anything at all.
How can someone that treats people like this have good reviews on here? I don't quite understand...

A good company. Their a good company. I had one of their techs install new locks for me and he did it well. Also the price was the same price they quoted me over the phone which was a low one.

Pretty fast. Even though it was very late when I called them to unlock my car door after locking the keys inside the guy came pretty fast. Needless to say he opened the door without a hitch.

Truly Experts. Experts for sure! I hire them a lot. They do great work and they never charge to much. I am a satisfied repeat customer and will continue to be.

Love em. There customer service is much better then other locksmith companies I have hired and so was the locksmith they sent me. He came on time and was so nice. He had no problem unlocking my car door for me and the price wasn't bad either.
