RIPOFF, RIPOFF, RIPOFF. Run away, do not do business with these jerks. They charged my wife $270 to clean out a drain. If I had been there I would have told them to take a hike. I'm sure all the psoitive feedback reviews are from employees or family. I called another plumbing company that quoted $116. Total RipOff Company!

I had two hot water heaters installed by Pope, and they aren't working properly. Discussions continue, and my next post will give details on their response. I agree with previous posts, their prices are high.

Don't think I will use this company again; they did not show up as promissed. Called to get a price on replacing a hot water heater. Got answering service who had a plumber return my call. He said he would have to come by to give me a price (only company that required this). Didn't show up as soon as promissed. Nice guy and gave me a price, in line with others that I had received

Never showed up! Set up an appointment in advance, called to confirm an hour before. Never showed up, didn't answer phone when I called to find out if they were on the way. If they didn't want to do the job, they should have said so when I called to confirm the appointment.

First of all, I am new in all kind of the septic system with my house that recently purchased, and we called for the free estimate, they told us in order to clean the septic tank, it will cost $2500. (seriously?! I have asked my friend and she told me for her house it cost about $400-$500). Therefore, we told them that we will need to think about it and we will call back. In the meantime, he threaten us that if we do not get the service from them, they will report it to the city because my house septic tank needs to be clean. Glad that we have it fix within a week because we really did receive a letter from city. I am not happy about their service and they are way too over price. Maybe they are professional, but at last I have it fixed with the other company to fix it for $380 instead of $2500.

Did not even want to quote the job, called the previously bought fixtures low quality without even seeing them. Do not bother calling a waste of time. If this is the attitude I cannot imagine the work quality is much better.

Customer Service is terrible!! I was looking for some pipe i ask a worker near by if he could help me he tell's me to (go over there and see what we got and if you can't find anything i dont what to tell you)...i dident come to him to tell him to goo look my self i ask you for some help!!! doosh bag! DO NOT GO HERE waste of time!!

I would never use their Services again! Two of their policies resulted in two major problems at my home. Other agencies involved said the policies were unnecessary. As a result my electricity was off for 26 hours. i lost all food in freezers and refrigerator. they stated it wasn't their fault. They left the customer holding the bag!
