Business done right.
After exhausting research and combing several furniture stores we returned to Town and Country. Not only were their prices cheaper but they had better quality furniture. We found they sell the Foster sectional for $600 less than Star's sale price...
Anyhow, I noticed online they had the Spectra sectional listed for 1k cheaper than they did in the store. When we pointed it out in the store they agreed to honor the online price. No haggling or back peddling, they just said we will honor it. How often do you find companies like that these days?
We purchased on Saturday and the couch was delivered on Tuesday. We absolutely love it. The delivery guys were great and even carried our old couches upstairs to the game room for us.
The whole experience was great and BTW... they fixed the price on the website already ;)
Thanks for standing behind your advertised price and delivering so quickly. I am sure we will be back again.

Great Leather Sectionals & Sofas.
Just have to comment on the new Town and Country Leather in Post Oak Plaza. I have been looking for the perfect contemporary sectional some time now for our new home. Hoped to find one under $4000 that looks and feels more expensive. They had numerous options.
Included in their selection, were unique shapes, like the "Nest" sectional in a soft white-cream leather. Or the Genessa with a chaise end for a great room divider without cutting off conversation. Even the Natuzzi, an Italian based line I love, Soho sectional with quiet, smooth power recliners on the ends was only $3699.
I'm going to have a hard time choosing from their in stock pieces, but they also custom order the pieces in other colors and leather grades if you like.
When I mentioned I cannot pick it up, they quoted a low delivery price too.
Even if you don't need furniture right now, check out their original art and powerful accessory collection. Everything was based around great interior design ideas.

Town and Country Leather is known for being the best. Town and Country Leather is known in Austin for being the best leather furniture store in town and I'm so happy that they are now in Houston too. Karen and Eric are fabulous at putting together beautiful presentation rooms to give even the most fussy decorator ideas and options, from wall hangings to cushions and any type of accessory you can imagine. Not only that, but I can shop at any time on their web site, which carries just about any type of seating one might need. I don't hesitate to recommend T&C Leather to all of my friends.
