Best Home Buying Experience Ever!!

Vincent made buying my home super easy! He was there every step of the way; from the loan approval, finding the perfect house, and asking the right questions in order for me to choose the right insurance company. I was very discouraged that I was unable to buy a house because of a divorce situation and previously being turned down for a loan. He listened to my situation and guided me to the right people to get things done... and quickly! Even after closing he still makes himself available to answer any questions that I may have. I COULDN"T BE HAPPIER!!!!!!

Mark Brawley - Best Realtor in Houston

I don't think you can find a better agent than Mark. He helped me buy my first home so, needless to say, I needed a lot of help. He walked me through the process step by step and always seemed happy to answer my multitude of questions. He gave me very thoughtful advice and helped me troubleshoot issues with my insurance and lender.

My flood policy was taking a really long time to come through (6 weeks) and was dangerously close to delaying my closing. I called and called and never got anywhere with it. After I expressed my concern to him, he offered to call my insurance agent to work it out. My policy came through that afternoon. I was really nervous about it, but Mark was calm, cool and collected.

Mark was incredibly responsive. Anytime I sent an email or called him, he got back to me right way. Even the listing agent made a very positive comment about his responsiveness.

I highly recommend Mark... so much so that I referred him to my parents (and they love him as much as I do)!

Highly Recommended Realtor

I would high recommend using Mark Brawley. He worked with my wife and I as we bought our first home. We came into the process with little to no knowledge and needed to be educated. Mark was not only able, but willing to educate us along the process and provide continuous patience. He made sure we were being realistic with our expectations and provided help to get into the house/neighborhood we wanted, even if we changed our minds several times.

Mark was someone who was recommended to me by a friend and is someone I will recommend as well.

Mark was great!

Mark Brawley was a great asset to me as I navigated through my first home-buying experience. Mark was referred to me by a friend after he helped her and her husband buy their first home. Prior to beginning my property search, I interviewed several agents; however, at the end of the day, I felt as though Mark was the most responsive. He acknowledged all of my questions in a way that made me feel confident that he understood my needs. He also seemed genuinely interested in assisting me. Throughout the process, Mark demonstrated great working knowledge of the Houston area and the real estate market. The individualized search portal he created for me allowed me to view properties online at my leisure and narrow down my property search. When I was ready to view properties, Mark made himself available for showings while always accommodating my work schedule. When it came time for me to make an offer, Mark guided me through the negotiation process, and was quick and efficient with the paperwork. Throughout the process, I felt as though Mark genuinely had my best interest at heart, especially when unexpected issues arose with the seller just prior to closing. He kept me well-informed, and also worked collaboratively with my lender and escrow officer. Mark's knowledge, expertise, responsiveness, and patience are all qualities that left me without any hesitation to recommend his services to other first-time home buyers (or anyone else, for that matter).

Excellent Realtor

Mark was a great asset to have as we went through our first homebuying experience. He was patient and knowledgeable as he walked us through all the steps we needed to take. We started with giving him a few specifics and he gave us an internet portal with hundreds of homes to consider that fit our specifications. We then could narrow them down and look at them at our own convenience, and go see only the ones we liked best. He was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the entire process, and never hesitated to go take us to a property we liked. When it came time to put in an offer, he was great to have on our side as he knew so much about the surrounding neighborhood and comparable houses. He also helped us work through the entire closing process, and caused the closing agent to remark that she never works with realtors as thorough as him. If you're buying a home in Houston, you should have Mark as your realtor.
