This dental office is the best i have seen so far. The staff were very nice and courteous and very professional. Even my kids that are normally apprehensive of dental visits were put at ease and they had a wonderful experience.Patricia and the manager took time to explain what I needed done and went out of their way to satisfy me.

I was at this office in January because I thought I cracked a tooth. After the exam it was explained that I had not cracked a tooth and that I had actually lost a very small piece of an old filling. While they said I might need to have that filling replaced in the future, it was not required right away (Saving Me $$). They did clean my teeth (covered by my insurance) and my overall experience was very positive.

I will be back in 6 months for another cleaning and for another check up!

They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.

I have been impressed by your staff. Dr.Strickland puts patients at ease. I have dental-phobia and he helps me with that. At my last visit I had Angela as tech. She sensed my anxiety and comforted me. Thank u so much.

Bad Costumer Service. I called their office to get some pricing information. The first person who answered (I beleive it was Shamika) was very rudy and not a professional at all. When I asked her for the price of a posterior resin based composite filling-2 surfaces, she stated that she thought they started about around 100.

I politely asked if she could possibly give me an exact amount. She scoffed at the fact that I wanted more information. She rudely asked if I was a patient or not, and I said no, then she immediately said, HOLD PLEASE!!!!

Then another lady got on the phone after about 1 minute and was able to give me an exact amount. But then when I asked her if they charged for a consultation she seemed bothered and kept telling me, I don't know because I am not at my desk. I would have to go to my desk. I even informed her that the reason I was asking was because I was thinking about coming in but I wanted to know how much I would be coming out of pocket. Then she again said , uhhhhh I am not at my desk so I don't know, ughh Hold on. I just said that's ok, don't worry about it. I am glad I found out before hand what kind of staff they employ at their establishment before going in and handing over my hard earned money.
