I appreciate all the help and great service I recieved from the professional call center lady and from Mr. Mike the plumber. I needed service quick and sure enough I recieved a call 45min later that Mr. Mike was on his way. Mike and Doug did a very nice job. It was not a complex plumbing issue, but they were very professional yet friendly. Mike was training Doug, and he gave me good tips for the future! Both were very helpful and service was great! I would definitely recommend these guys for plumbing services! Great job Mike and Doug! If you are in need of a plumber in Houston, call on Roto-Rooter!

Steve was an amazing plumber! This was my first time using Roto-Rooter in Houston and I will definitely use them again! In the past, I've almost always used John Moore. However on this particular day, the John Moore plumber was rude and slammed the door in my face. I called Roto-Rooter and I plumber was on his way to my house within the hour. His estimate even beat John Moore's price! The faucet was fixed quickly and professionally. I recommend Steve and Roto-Rooter to all homeowners!

The best Plumbing Service EVER!!!

The holidays were all ready sad for me, I had lost my son and he really was the one who took care of the house. After calling 2 other companies that just took my money, Roto Rooter showed up in less than 2 hours. Daniel was well dressed, professional and took care of everything.
