Woww!! I have been using a florist for 10 years in Montrose area. Their arrangements were ok but I needed something special. My co-worker suggested Lexis florist. My goodness what I've been missing. I ordered a tropical arrangement for my mom's birthday and that was it! I have never seen something that exquisite! It had orchids, gingers, bird of paradise and other flowers. The best part was that I spent the same amount of money that I used to spend with the other florist but got a much better quality and a fabulous design. I would recommend them to everyone... These people are the best in town hands down.

Phenomenal Flowers.
Lexis Florist on Skyline is phenomenal!! Exceptional flowers and service. They defintely host quality over quantity and are extremely helpful. I had no clue what to order for my Mom for Valentine's Day other than traditional roses and they were able to create a arrangement that left me speechless.
I wouldn't use another florist in town. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Horrible Customer Service.
Just a quick update to my review from 12/29/11. It's now a week later, and I've yet to receive my paltry $25 credit for a $110 order that Lexis completely ruined. After calling Lexis Florist today for an update, and after having been told multiple times on multiple occasions that the refund had been processed, the manager today told me that she hadn't done it yet. She wondered why I was worried - "it's just $25. It's not like you placed a $300 order or something. That's why I havent' done it. Please stop calling."
This disregard for customer service and this continued unwillingness to stand by its product (or its promised rebate) are stunning.
I can only hope that others will see this and take heed. I have used Lexis for years only to be tossed by the wayside, after Lexis ruined my order. If you choose to use them, I hope they get your order perfect. Because if they don't ... you'll be left out to dry, just like me.

Best Florist in Houston.
When i was ill, my husband sent me beautiful flowers from Lexis florist everyday. I was in the hospital for almost a week and have been diagnose with cancer. . Lexis Florist flowers brightened up my day and gave me hope on living and making future plans..

fabulous florist. As an event planner I have used many florists and I have been the most satisfied with Lexis Florist. I trust them for all of my events because they are the best. They are always helpful and reliable. I know when I call them for flowers I am going to get exactly what I need and it will be delivered on time. If they don't have it in their design studio they can get it for me without any problems. Their designers are amazing. The staff is very friendly. I trust them for all of my flower needs.

awesome florist. My family used this florist for my great aunt's funeral and the flowers were gorgeous. Their signature sculptured roses got many compliments as well as the standing sprays that were created by Lexis Florist. I will recommend this florist to everyone I know. They are very helpful.

Best Florist in Houston. I have used many florists in Houston, Texas and this is by far the best. They are my favorite. They have very friendly service, they know the product, and they always do AMAZING work. I have never been disappointed with anything I have ordered from them. I recommend them to everyone.

fake. Marketing scam. This company is not a premier florist and do not know how they have just given themselves this title. The staff is unprofessional and can barely communicate. It took me over 10 mins to order an order that was definitely not worth what I paid for and was not delivered until the next day. I want a florist who respects my business whether its for a wedding or a simple birthday bouquet. No apology given

UNPROFESSIONAL. Horrible service- the flowers were delivered late and my friend whos mother had just died received the wrong card and memo stating "congrats" i am so embarassed- and the flowers were not worth the price- need to learn customer service

Beautiful Flowers.
I ordered flowers for my mother for Mother's Day and I was so pleased with the quality of flowers that she received. I have NEVER seen such a beautiful arrangement of roses before, they did a FANTASTIC job! I will definitely be ordering from them again!
