GSM System does'nt work. We've been customers of Brinks, then Broadview, and now ADT for 9 years in Houston. Upgraded to their GSM satellite system, which was working fine until 2 months ago. Then we got woken up at 2:00AM by beeps coming from the Key Pad warning C1/CP problems. We put up w/ this for 2 months but they still don't know when AT&T will finish upgrading towers from G3 to G4. Now we've had enough w/ the beeps and system not functioning properly and simply want to cancel service. They have now informed us that we'll be charged and "Early Cancellation Fee" for a service that doesn't work!@#% Do not ever sign a contract with this company, we're loyal customers and look what they did to us.

I feel great!. Hi there, I actually don't have enough history with ADT to give a real review of there alarm system but I wanted to say that I just got an alarm system installed and my first impression was that if there installers are anywhere near the service then I feel great!

with ADT. With ADT's alarm system at home, I feel safe whenever I sleep at night. I am not married and I live alone so it really would worry me when I sleep at night, whether someone would break in etc.

Great Investment. ADT has been the most valuable investment I've made for my family. I cannot just take for granted the safety of my family's safety, This is a good investment,, really. You should get one for your family.

Bad business people. Great monitoring people, but business people, Lord Help Us! I found out today, after almost four months of simply trying to get my mailing address correct on my new primary residence that they have disconnected my monitoring at my vacation home, due to not paying my bill. I tried very hard to help them understand the bill is paid through my credit card and has been for the past 10 years. They said they have been mailing me notices about the problem and trying to call me. I finally figured out they were mailing and calling to my vacation home which does not have mail service and no one lives there to answer the phone! After 10 years they still can't get this figured out! I told them mailing something to the physical address of my vacation home is like mailing a letter to Santa at the North Pole and wondering why he doesn't answer it! IT DOES NOT EXIST!! We moved our primary residence three months ago and signed up for ADT again. I now get solicitation calls from them asking if we want to sign up. Unbelievable. If I had not just spent hundreds of dollars having them install new stuff, I would drop them like a hot potato.

Reliable and Quick. We had an ADT alarm system installed last month. Installation was done well and the alarm service is working perfect. We love the chime feature that lets us know when the kids are coming and going. I never thought I would come to rely on this system so quickly.

you can't count on ADT. I just came home and apparently my alarm had malfunctioned during the day and no one called me. There were all these errors on the screen, so basically my house was unprotected and no one at ADT felt the need to contact me. When I called to find out what my contract expiration date was, which thank goodness has now expired, so that I could change to a reliable company they didn't seem to care that my alarm had malfunctioned. When I told them that I was going to disconnect service once I got a new alarm company because I was very dissatisfied with their service, the ADT operator asked "ok, was the date all you needed tonight?". This obviously shows that ADT couldn't care less about anyone and, trust me when I say, that I'll make sure everyone I am in contact with finds out what a horrible, customer serviceless company ADT has been.

nice to us. I am a satisfied costumer of ADT Security. Their installers who came here last week were on time and they were really nice to us.
