Sela is a wonderful hair stylist. She cut my long hair shorter back in July and the new look suites me well I'm told by many. She is very nice and personable too.

Sela is an exceptional stylist. My hair was a mess when I went to see her (the last stylist left me with both a bad cut & a horrible color). Sela knew why it wasn't working and corrected it beautifully. My hair looked terrific. Sela has done my hair a couple of times since and I have been just as pleased as I was the first time.

Just moving here I was so afraid to try a new hairdresser; Sela was easy to talk to, knew exactly what I wanted (before I even told her) and the cut was one of the best cuts I have had.

Sela is such a talented hair stylist! I purchased a Groupon online for her highlighting services and absolutely LOVE the work she's done with me. Not only did she give my hair some beautiful, blonde luster, but she has it looking healthy AND natural! I asked her if she would mind trimming up my ends a bit and she did a wonderful job layering my hair. Seemed almost Farrah Fawcet magazine-ready when I left her personal salon. In fact, I had a photo shoot with my mother and sister hours after and my hair was so foxy. A lot of women have been asking me who does my hair and I am so proud to recommend Hair by Sela.

Sela is also one tall, gorgeous woman with a bright, positive attitude. My experience was wonderful with Hair by Sela. She will now be my hair stylist forever and always! Much love, from Cherie Devine!! :-)

I have very fine hair, with a slight wave. Add to that my cowlicks, and I need an excellent but basic cut. I have tried many stylists and few can handle it, but Sela can. We were on the same page from the start. She gave me a beautiful color with highlights, then cut my hair exactly as I wanted. I couldn’t be happier.

Selah is PHENOMENAL! I went in with an idea of what I wanted for a trim and highlights, but couldn't find pictures. We found a pic in a magazine she had and Selah was able to do it perfectly for my hair type, length and natural color. I completely trust her with my hair and that trust is hard to earn. Her prices are about average for high quality work and worth every penny! I actually live on the northwest side of town and will travel down to see her again in the future because I FINALLY found my stylist after 3 years of searching in the greater Houston area! :-D

If you're a guy who doesn't know how your hair would best look, she does. I'll definitely look her up again next time I need a haircut.

I recently had my hair cut by Sela after not cutting it for over a year. It had grown very long but it was so dry and dead at the bottom that it looked thin and frizzy. After Sela cut it, it looked thicker and very healthy, plus I loved the style that she cut! She is very nice and personable and really knows what she is doing. I would definitely reccommend her!

Finding a new stylist is always difficult and scary -- and, because I am an professional on-air spokesperson and model, my appearance MUST be as good as possible. I found Sela here on Citysearch...and I am absolutely AMAZED! This very well may be the best haircut I have ever had...the color is great too...and she is very professional. She is attentive and listens to what you want and need -- and DELIVERS! I cannot recommend her enough! I will DEFINITELY return again and again!!!

I was nervous at first because I had a hair stylist for over 7 years. I had to find a new stylist and Sela knew exactly what I was thinking when she did my hair. She is a great and her experience is a big plus. I would recomend her! Ver personable,too.
