Love this cozy, clean spa. Brand new equipment and perfect location. The staff is excellent. Ms. Tran is definitely getting my business from now on!

Best place to get great service and an excellent massage. After doing a whole bunch of research, I choose Urban Oasis Day Spa. This was the best decision I could of made for my birthday service and treatment. Chris works there and did my massage and my back has not felt this good in a long time! Thanks Chris, especially for those glasses of wine I had there. Awesome!!! I will be back. Oh, can forget; I also had the best facial ever, almost felt like I just had Botox...lol, but I did not, however my skin was glowing for my birthday party.

Price was affordable and the location is not too bad once you know where you're going!

Amazing experience with UO. My boyfriend gave me a gift certificate for Urban Oasis massage and facial and OMG it was amazing!!! The staff is extremely kind and soft-spoken. The ambiance was calming and very soothing. I went on a Friday after a long week of work and was so relaxed right when I walked in. The service was PERFECT and I will definitely use their services from now on. Trust me, I've been to many spas around the city and this is by far the best I've been to! So nice to go to a spa in Midtown that has parking, welcoming smiles and an array of services that are affordable even in this economy. Thanks for giving us a break!

Amazing Lashes <3. Just received my first lash extension done, and wow, my lashes look amazing. I tried multiple local salons in West U and Bellaire area and I can easily point out several things why Urban Oasis tops them all.

First of all, the styles, there are many different looks available, but only a few suites your eyes and your face best. The technicians here were able to do that. They can point out the strength, length of your natural lash to guild you in lash styles not only for the perfect look but also for your natural lash health. Second, the technicians that perform extensions are certified and on staff, not just any on-call ladies. You also need to watch-out because one of my friend got extension done and the “on-call lady” used super glue for her lashes. I wrote this long review because I am extremely happy with my lash extension. They look gorgeous and very comfortable. The staff was super friendly and the spa itself was clean and relaxing. I can’t disclose my technician name because I <3 that person so much. Highly recommended. :D

My nails ROCKED. I used to live in Houston and usually went to Urban Oasis Day Spa for my waxing services. I was visiting Houston for Christmas. I booked a mani/pedi for my sister and I. Best manicure and pedicure, hands down, that I've had in years. Tram is amazing. My nails looked beautiful and the polish stayed on my hands without a chip for over a week which is very very unusual as I'm on the computer all day long. My pedicure was just the best thing. The salon is very upscale, yet you feel wonderfully comfortable there. Some upscale, high-end salons have the rudest staff, but not at Urban Oasis. Everyone I dealt with was smiling, kind, and accommodating.

My nails ROCKED. It was fresh and new and brightened up my whole look. I love Tran.

Skin treatment with Catherine. I really admire that Urban Oasis puts clients' experience as their top priority. I received a friendly reminder call for my Saturday Facial appointment last Friday. They were very flexible with me and helped me choose my time frame, the time that works best for me, not their busy Saturday schedule.

Upon arrival, I received a 15 mins consultation with Catherine before my treatment time. This small lady really wants to know about my skin, my home care regime, and recommended me a different facial than just a regular deep cleansing facial due to my skin issues. So I received a Firming Facial instead. The whole treatment was very relaxing. She did a throughout extraction job but was very gentle, she cleaned my skin very well. You can tell when you have received a good facial and this was one of those experiences. She also included scalp massage or stretching which is very unique since you will be laying for awhile.

The ambiance was very relaxing. The water tasted great. The staff was very friendly. I strongly recommend Urban Oasis Day Spa.

Love the massage with Catherine.. It's been really hard to find a massage therapist who knows how to help me relax, but I finally found Catherine and she is really amazing! My search is finally over. It actually gets better each time I go and I could not be happier!

After hours of searching for the perfect place for my 10 years anniversary, I found Urban Oasis. I am so glad that I did.

I scheduled 1 hour couple massage, body foliation for me and gentleman facial for my husband, then mani/pedi. They called ahead to remind me of my appointments and I told them that it is for my anniversary. The lady was very sweet and told me to rest assure, everything will be taken care of.

We arrived and was greeted with smiling staff, big +, we was then offered glass of red wine before our massage and directed to change to spa robe. Both massage therapists were great. The lady that did my massage was amazing, she just knew where to start and the whole time it was so relaxing. My husband facial was great, he realy needed it. We then both have the honey mooner pedicures, that has both honey and milk to nourish the feet. This wasn't his first pedicure but he seem to enjoy it a lot, compare to the first time. We have such a wonderful time there. the staff was so nice, the services were A+, wonderful.

Worst Brazilian Wax - Go to a Professional Wax Salon Instead. It was hardly a 'spa'. More like an upscale typical nail salon. The wax room was a small triangular room, that seemed like an afterthought. I would say 6' by 4' by 3'. The bed was shoved up against the wall, so the waxer could only wax from one side. The wax used was typical strip wax that is used on your face. Should NOT be used on Brazilian waxes. The waxer tried to blame the excruciating pain on the fact that it had been a couple of years since my last Brazilian. That was an excuse - the very first Brazilian I had was NOWHERE near as painful. I asked if they used the blue hard wax, and she said yes, but only brought back some slightly more hard wax. She also wore gloves out of the room to go get the harder wax, and came back wearing the same gloves and I had to ask her to change them again. I ended up not allowing her to finish, and going to an actual professional wax salon to have them fix the mess leftover. I feel sorry for anyone who has never had a Brazilian and tried this salon for the first time. I hope they try an actual profession wax salon, where they specialize in waxing.
