Love Their Burgers. The Counter has the kind of burgers you eat and dream about for a week after. They use Hawaiian bread which is very sweet (yum!) for their sliders and I love it! The best part about The Counter is that you can customize everything so even if you go with someone who wants a salad or who doesn't eat meat, The Counter can accommodate them. If you like burgers, The Counter is the place to go. They also have a bar and a variety of sides.

It's clean.. I have decided that I am not going to dine at brand new restaurants anymore. I think i would have had a much better experience, once they got some more experience. There were so many people working, but no one would stop to help. They were cleaning the floor, stocking the tables, walking around, but there we sat. Finally our waitress came, and things got better. But she was not apologetic and it wasn't until Michael complained that 10 people had walked by, but my iced tea sat empty for my whole meal, that she finally started serving us right.

So the important stuff, the food. The fried pickles were good, but not Cedar Creek good. The parmesan fries were good too, thin and crispy for the most part. The burger was very satisfying. I like all the selections, although she messed mine up, it was still good.

We had the giant cookie for dessert, and it was yummy. I would get ice cream on top though.

Based on this experience, i give it a 3, but that is generous with all the service problems.
