I went in looking for accent pieces for my new home. There were several sales associates around for questions and help when needed. I was able to find a great piece of art that was very affordable for a piece of its size. Eugene was such a great help. He had my artwork wrapped up and waiting for me so it could safely make the trip home.

I experienced wonderful customer service while visiting Exclusive Furniture, soon as we walked in we were greeted by salesmen Jay and he quickly accessed our needs. Unlike most salesmen he was not breathing down our necks or pressuring us to make a purchase, we were given our space to choose what we liked. We picked out a living room suite and then realized all the pieces would not fit. Jay refunded the additional piece with no problem. :) Our furniture was delivered as promised the following Monday. The furniture is very sturdy, we will definitely be back to Exclusive furniture. Thank you very much for your reasonable prices and excellent furniture.

When I signed a lease to a new apartment, I decided to buy new furniture. I had been to a couple of other furniture stores, but instead of taking the time to figure out what I actually might need, they were too busy trying to push me toward making a quick decision. When I went to Exclusive, I was welcomed and given the opportunity to see what they had without any pressure. When I saw a table and couch I really liked, I approached one of the sales persons who took the time to help me create a full package deal that came with a free 32 inch TV. Financing was very easy and I had my decision within 5 minutes. Got the furniture I wanted at the price I could afford. Delivery was on time, and the service crew was awesome. They treated my items with care and did an excellent job with setting up the bed and couch. Thanks to Exclusive, my new apartment looks absolutely fabulous.

Mscpittman  I was fed up with RAC calling me 4-6 times day about making a payment. I went to exclusive furniture on 45-Alameda. I went there just before closing and the salesman (Richard)  was great  and gave me amazing service. He explained everything to me how the No Credit Program works. Richard M went out hid way to make sure my bedroom set was delivered. Everything was in my price range he didn't do any extra saleing or fast talking. My furniture was delivered the next day, they called to confirm and built my bed in no time. This is where I will continue to shop for my home hands down.

I special order purchased a chair from Exclusive Furniture out of their catalog. I was told I would receive my order within 10 days. I received it in 7days. I failed to verify the fabric upon purchase and decided to exchange it. They were very gracious to me and waived their return/exchange policy to allow me to make the exchange without paying the restocking fee. Their sales staff is very honest and professional and I would recommend Exclusive Furniture to anyone and everyone in need of furniture. Thank You Exclusive furniture I love my electric theater recliner.

I wanted us older people to known that this is the place for us. My husband and I are on a fix income and exclusive work with us with are payments, delivery and just all around "Good People". The delivery people call to make sure of there address and place and got things together in just "Great Time". And the cute (don't tell my husband) sale mans was just a add it points to the sales. Get your self over there you will love the furniture you see.

I went to exclusive furniture off of the southwest freeway and I had amazing service. My salesmen Ryan was just the best. He accommodated to my every need and got me exactly what I wanted in my price range without trying to add and do extra. My furniture was delivered the next day after my payment and they called to confirm and built my bed in no time. This is where I will continue to shop for my home.

best deal. They called to confirm a delivery time when our purchase was ready and gave us delivery window of 2hrs. Unlike most businesses that give you a minimum of 4. Great people to work with.
