The technicians are friendly professionals at the Galleria location; however, I wouldn't say the same when it comes to the management and the front-desk staff. Expect to have a great experience at your consultation, but it'll all be over after they're paid. If anything goes wrong, such as burning after your laser hair removal treatment (my personal experience), you're pretty much on your own.

I had severe burns on the neck area right after my last treatment (as you can see the picture). I contacted them to see if I could meet with the manager, Natalie, and hopefully a doctor in regards to my burns; but, even though I had told the receptionist that I was burned from the treatment, she replied so carelessly that "She is booked today"... Finally, after threatening them that I was going to write a review on their website, the receptionist replied, "Let me check to see if I can squeeze you in; yes, you can come in at 4:30". The manager had an unpleasant body language. She said that she would contact me on Monday (four days after my treatment and the incident) to make an appointment for me with the doctor...

Of course, I met with my own physician this morning; but I am so amazed how careless these people are where the mission statement is "We are dedicated to providing a rejuvenating experience in an ambiance of excellence where clients are treated with the utmost importance as individuals." REALLY???

Amerejuve is the Best!! I went in yesterday to get Botox and Angeline was my nurse. She was awesome! She really listened to what i wanted to accomplish and we came up with a plan for my future injections. She also discussed her training and credentials with me and we had an immediate rapport!! Her technique was painless and flawless and i am excited to go for my next appointment! Also, I am excited to start using the Glo line! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND AMEREJUVE!!

I've had nothing but Amazing service from the sugarland location they are caring professional and always run on time.

Cindy, Jennifer, Kristina are all nice and explain everything to me in great detail. My skin hasn't looked this good since I was 20! Love the Glo professional line they carry and there nurse Angeline is wonderful. The rooms are always clean with fresh sheets. (I'll see them carrying out the dirty ones after each person) Great Service all around!

My experience at the 1960 location was awesome..Mya is great with explaining the best solution for my skin issues and the whole staff is so friendly and helpful. I am so excited about my microderm and facials and know I will get real results.

My experience with Amerejuve has been extremely positive. I just started laser hair removal 3 month ago, the results so far are astonishing and I have seen almost 70% reduction in hair in treated areas. Moreover the staff is welcoming, esthetician is professional and prices are very competitive. Just follow their recommendations and you will get the best results.

The Amerejuve Medspa in Kingwood is WONDERFUL! Great deals, awesome staff, and extremely informative. Deneish RN was wonderful and explained the procedure completely. I highly recommend the Kingwood location.

I've had a great experience at Amerejuve in the Galleria. I had vela shape, cool sculpting, and laser hair removal (legs, bikini, and underarms) for my upcoming wedding. The consultation was very informative and she let me know about everything, including the flexible financing. Vela shape has been fine, I've had 3 treatments to the backs of my legs and buttocks and I've seen a little results. The girl at the front desk told me that it helps to workout after you get vela shape to see more results so I'm going to start trying that after my treatments. Cool Sculpting was just a weird experience. The staff was great and made me feel as comfortable as possible. The procedure itself is a little uncomfortable though. For the first ten mins it feels like you've stuck your body in a bowl of ice cold water and you can't take it out. But after the first ten mins it goes numb. After your treated area is numb and there is some swelling and itchiness for around 2 weeks. I'm on my third week since my treatment and the swelling is gone. I've only had one treatment for the laser hair removal and it was great. I was nervous because I heard sometimes laser hair removal can hurt, but mine didn't at all. And it was quick, all three areas in 30 mins. Which was good since I was on my lunch break.

But overall I love the staff there! They are always very nice and welcoming! The technicians are awesome too!

I have only completed 3 of my 6 laser hair removal treatments and can already see a big difference in the treated areas. The staff I have encountered at Amerejuve are friendly and professional. Because of my positive experiences, I have decided to purchase additional packages.
