Extremely Professional and Courteous. I was very impressed with the level of sales and service demonstrated at this great dealership. Every sales person was helpful and courteous, eventhough I was not their customer. My sales advisor, Lurie Keener, was very down to earth, pleasant and at the same time, professional. In terms of amenities, the overall business establishment is simply beautiful. The appearance and layout just screams "class". Last but not least, I am loving my car. It's just outstanding in looks as well as performance. I will definitely recommend Sterling MCCall Lexus to anyone concerned.

Best Service Experience Ever. I see a couple of negative reviews on this site but they cannot possibly be correct. I have been dealing with Sterling McCall Lexus for many years and they have proven to be both honest and extremely helpful. The new management is first rate both in service and sales. They are very competitive with pricing for service and the entire staff goes above and beyond to insure my complete satisfaction on every visit. It is great to see Larry Miller back in the service department again. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Sterling McCall #1 in my Book!. Best dealership I've ever dealt with! I wouldn't buy another Lexus or ANY car from anyone else! I have seen some negative reviews & can't help but wonder what on earth they are talking about & wanted to make my opinion known. I have had my GS350 for 3 years and am very pleased with the level of service I received. From the moment I walked into the dealership, they took great care of me (& that's saying a lot since women don't usually get treated with much respect at car dealerships), and even my routine maintenance has been a breeze. I loved my salesman so much I even referred my PARENTS, as well as several of my friends & co-workers. All of them have been thrilled with their Lexus and with Sterling McCall.

NEVER BUY FROM HERE!! CERTIFIED PRE-OWNED NOT TRUE!!!!. I recently baught a Cetified pre-owned Vehicle from Sterling Mcall Lexus and the c.d.player stopped working 10 months later and they told me it was under warranty but would not replace or fix it because the loading doc had a couple of scratches on the loading doc! being that the car is 5 years old its bound to have a couple scratches on it! They told me it would be $2,000 to fix or be replaced! This has been suck a nightmare dealing with Paul Krenzer service manager is totaly rude and very unprofessional! Joey D the dealrship manager is clueless to anything... DO NOT BUY FROM STERLING MCCALL LEXUS! THEY WILL TAKE YOU YOUR MONEY AND PROMISE YOU THE WORLD AND THEN NOT LIVE UP TO IT!!!!!! WORST EXPIERENCE EVER!!!! go to NORTHSIDE lexus or BMW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

High Prices, No Extra Frills. Whoever it was that stated that competition leads to lower prices didn't tell these guys. We originally went to them to buy a Lexus ES 350. We found that the models in Dallas (Sewell) were thousands cheaper with less miles then the same car at Sterling McCall.

No exaggeration.

We felt that maybe the market for Lexus in Dallas was just a little more competitive, so we did not fault Sterling McCall.

However, months later, we wanted to go to the Lexus dealer to have our brakes checked. We called around. North side Lexus cost $290 for a break job. Westside Lexus cost $289 for the same job. Sterling McCall $350. Come on!!! We asked the service desk why are they more expensive then the other dealerships. They stated we are not affiliated with the other dealships......Really!?! So much for the Lexus legendary service.

If you like getting robbed for your service ..go to Sterling McCall, highway 59 !!!

tony adeola. tony, tony, tony! what a pleasure to find a car sales-gentleman who knows his cars & treats clients like family. i have recommended him to everybody i know. he is fabulous!
