Cool like the Fonz!. During the last MS150, I had signed up to get a quick 30 minute introduction to heaven (some just call her Ashley). It had been a long first day and little did I know that this would be the introduction that would help me overcome various sports injuries, and to put be back on the road to reaching my goals.

To date, Ashley has helped in the recovery from two full marathons, three half marathons, three century bike rides, and two olympic tris-- aside from all the training that accompanies such races. Today was no different when she was able to alleviate tension and mitigate some lingering pain in my calves after two 40+ mile weeks of running.

This young lady truly demonstrates her knowledge and passion for improved health through her awesome techniques. It's not everyday that you find a competent and committed professional who prides herself on providing the highest level of massage possible in a setting is both quiet and quaint. This artist's studio is where magic happens and I always leave with a smile!

I can't wait until next time and encourage others to break away from the mainstream to experience the hands of a real masseuse.

Excellent massage. In my experience, you don't realize just how much you need a massage until you actually get one. You know that some of your muscles are tense and that it's going to be a relaxing experience, but it always turns out that there are more tensions that you're not even aware of. Only after the therapist begins working do you realize that other areas need serious work, too.

I've visited Ashley at Salus Massage several times, for sessions ranging from 30 minutes to 90 minutes to 2 hours. She asks me what areas are bothering me and she works them until the tension is gone, but she also finds the tensions I wasn't aware of and works those out, too.

The office is easy to reach and very comfortable. The temperature is nice and there's no extraneous noise to distract you.

Ashley is skillful and very professional. Her rates are competitive with other quality massage therapists and sometimes she announces specials on Facebook, with prices you just can't pass up.

Perhaps the best measure I can give is that I keep going back. I've never been disappointed after a visit.
