Fraud!. I can believe the other reviews about this creepy place and shady guy. I made an appointment for the "special". I'm a massage therapy student who wanted a good deal near my house instead of going outside the Loop for a massage at the school clinic. It was cramped & dark and there is more privacy in a semi-private hospital room. Ken was my "massage therapist" . He was sweaty & not very good. even asa a student, I knew his "technique" wasn't professional. The $30 special ended up costing $90. When I got home I looked him up on teh registration for the Texas licensing site. He's not a licensed massage therapist, at least in Texas, he's not.

Owner Arrested for Sexually Assaulting Customer!!!!!. This is following a trend of complains from women, saying that the owner, Ken, took their massages way too far!

He has now been arrested for sexually assaulting a customer. If he took things way too far with you, file a police report and make him responsible for his actions.

Pros/Cons, Will I come back?. Is this a relaxing retreat with champagne and luxurious bath robes? No. Was it a good price and did they do a good job? Yes.

My fiance had bought me a 1 hr message. When I went to look up directions today for my appointment and came across all those reviews, I was like, holy crap, no thanks, not goin!

The manager, not the owner Ken (who I was informed in the hospital because of a stroke), returned my call that I had made yesterday. I told her thanks for the info but I wasn't coming to my appointment today. She asked why and I told her about all the reviews I had read with the sexual assault and dirty sheets etc.. We talked on the phone for about 20mins. She explained about the spam reviews and such. She sounded sincere.

I decided to give her the benefit of the doubt because Im all about supporting small businesses and I wanted to give her a chance and see for myself.

I get there at 1:05 (my appt. was @ 1:15), I walk up to the door, its locked. **The door has a sign on it. "Door must remain unlocked during business hours M-F this time to this time" So I was pretty annoyed.** I called and no one picked up, so I went and sat in my car. I saw a girl walk up and unlock and go in (She was prob just at lunch), I follow her inside.

The seating area was little. There were a lot of cords by the small desk. There was a closet you could close by a curtain. I was given a cup of water. **I saw some other review that said they thought another review was false because someone said they had a "glass" of wine, and I DID see wine glasses next to a bottle of wine in that "closet/pantry" area so they were telling the truth.** The whole salon was tiny. I saw a mini hallway with 2 or 3 doors. The whole layout is "open" meaning there are no full (floor to ceiling) walls. Its more like a cubical, but still very private. **I saw in MANY reviews that sheets were dirty, but they wern't, I made sure. Although they were not the softest sheets, they were clean.**

The message was great. I was offered hands/arms, feet/legs but I just wanted all shoulders and neck for the full hour. I didn't feel any more uncomfortable than any of my handful of appointments at Message Envy.

You could hear cars on the street outside, and any movement of action outside of the room such as closing doors or soft talking. By the second half of the message, I was so relaxed that didn't bug me.

Another thing I found interesting was on the sheet when you sign in and give your name and medical history, etc., they state that you can get breast messages and it was allowed by law of some sort. I believe its true, thats just something you don't see at Message Envy or a spa.

******SO, what do I think? Its not ritzy and anything exceptional and it doesn't have a "wow" factor, but who cares!? (Well, I don't have 3 kids and a full time job that I need utter and complete relaxation and getaway from my home life. If that's the case, this message parlor is not for you.) HOWEVER, if you have some aches and pains and kinks you need worked out, this, is a great place. ***********

So, would I come back? YES. IF, I got it for the same price.

Stay away from this business!. I just need to get the word out!!! STAY AWAY FROMTHIS BUSINESS!!! My friend and I went to this business and she was sexually assaulted by the owner "Ken"! She has filed a police report! We are trying to get the word out so that noone else goes thru what she went thru. She was assaulted in the room right next to mine while "Ken" massaged her! This assault happened while I was getting my massage by a female! THIS IS NOT FAKE, please help us get the word out. And if anyone has been assaulted please file a police report asap! You will be ok with time and you will have saved the next sister, daughter, friend or mother that is looking to book a massage here! Again, this business needs to be shut down!

Small place with horrible customer service.. We had two appointments for this establishment because of an online "deal". When we got there, we were told the owner had a stroke and that our appointments were cancelled. I never received any notification from them, not a single call or email! But somehow one of my appointments were crossed out with the word "Cancelled" next to it. The lady could not even find record of my other appointment! This is all while the rooms were obviously full of patrons receiving their "treatments."

I am in the process of requesting a full refund and advise anyone else who purchased this "deal" to do the same.

RUN AWAY QUICK!!!. I am the husband of the woman who was recently sexually assaulted by "Ken" The information I am posting is true as I am a police officer and have filed a report with HPD as well as I am following up on some other information pertaining to this POS...If you go here then you deserve anything that may happen to you. Be smart, run and run fast!!! If you have been assaulted by anyone at this place please speak up as that is the only way WE can stop this crap... Negative zero if at all possible

Weird. If I could, I'd give this place 0 stars. They have you wait outside in the sun until it's your turn because it's one customer at a time. No parking either. It's in a bad area as well.

A friend and I went and couldn't find parking. Decided to call them and no one picked up after calling three times. We found an old parking lot and walked over and realized they lock the door. The signs in the windows are put up with Scotch tape. What professional place does that? Looking into the door, there was a desk with a bunch of junk all over it. Very dirty. That was concern #2. I asked my friend to actually read reviews on the place (since I only plaid attention to the number of stars before I bought the deal). She saw that many people were uncomfortable with the creepy guy that massaged them and one girl was exposed several times by him. I told my friend we need to leave. 15 min after my appointment time, the creepy guy called and left messages. I eamiled the company that gave me the deal and asked for my money back. They said they will investigate. They were told by the creep that they were just lacking employees. Makes no sense since every review was the same as mine. So have they been looking for employees to work with the creep this long?

Well, now that guy is under police investigation bc of a accusation by another girl. This place needs to be closed.

I WAS SEXUALLY ASSAULTED BY "Ken" The Owner!!!. PLEASE PLEASE STAY AWAY from this place!! My friend and I went for a massage on Saturday 8/6/2011 and I was SEXUALLY ASSAULTED by "Ken" the owner. I have filed a report with the Houston Police Sex Crimes Division. Anyone that THINKS that they may have been violated (you probably were) please comment to me so that we can unite together and STOP this from happening to another person. I have also contacted the Media. PLEASE don't believe the FAKE Reviews. I am a REAL VICTIM, wife of a Police Officer, a mother, and a daughter. PLEASE spread the word so that he is not allowed to do this to someone else. If you have your certificate thru Dealfind PLEASE do yourself a favor and trash it. It will SAVE you!! Please help me spread the word!!

FAKE Reviews, Shady Owner. This place is notorious for posting or paying for fake positive reviews. Please read real reviews at Yelp.

There are a LOT of women who talk about unprofessional male therapists and inappropriate touching. The owner, Ken, recently had a police report filed for his behavior.

I've been to MANY therapists in Houston and I've never heard of a place with so many bad reviews. Please read all negative reviews carefully - it's VERY strange all the reviews here are either super short and positive, or SUPER long and negative.

There are a LOT of options in Houston - please try somewhere else!

Therapist did a good job. Therapist did a good job. Held back a star because of the set up. Street noise and noise from the intake area are not ideal.
