Limited menu, average service, average food quality. Coworkers and I were headed to Guadalajara Mexican restaurant (1201 Fannin) but the wait was 25 minutes. Polk St. Pub was across the street and no wait. Limited menu had about 6 apps and 8 entrees. The Black Jack burger was a normal burger with canned toppings (mushrooms and jalapenos), the Reuben tasted only of sauerkraut and the fries and sandwiches were cold. We even asked for a fresh batch of fries and those came out room temp. Might be a good HH place, don't bother during lunch.

Good Meeting Place before hitting HOB or Lucky Strike. This 'pub' is really an upscale little bar-type eatery. While the service was excellent, the food was just okay. Courtney was our server and she was very attentive and even re-made a drink that didn't come out quite right. I ordered fish and chips. The sweet potato waffle fries were pretty good though some in our group thought that they were salty. However, the fish was not so great. It was grayish looking with a soggy, instead of crispy, batter. The up side was definitely the service and it's a good place to watch sports with multiple TVs hanging everywhere. Might be a good spot to have a drink before or after a Rockets game.

Grand Opening Party Was a Blast. Downtown was transformed with Rio dancers, buffet, casino tables, South American drummers, DJ, and band. They drew a very diverse crowd of business professionals, fashionistos, and students. Oh yeah, several drinks were on the house.

GREAT VENUE. LOVE THIS PLACE . NICELY BUILD , GREAT STAFF , MUSIC AND THE FOOD IS AMAZING . VALET SERVICE IS A BIT EXPENSIVE BUT ITS WORHT IT
