Good Customer Service.. This is one of the only places I've ever heard of that can fix your cell phone for a reasonable price! The screen on my Razr went dead, and I thought I'd have to shell out at least $150 for a new phone.... enter Dr. Cell Phone... Friendly, knowledgable staff fixed my phone in half an hour for $50! Thanks guys!!!
Great customer service with fast turnaround time. I dropped and cracked the glass on my iPhone 4. Did some research and found Dr Cell Phone Repair Center. I contacted them through email asking for advice and they were quick to respond. Made an appointment for the next day. They had everything ready to go when I got there. It took 15 minutes. Nice people. Good work. Treats customer well. Would recommend to anyone with iPhone damage.
Houston's Worse Business EVER!!!. Horrible – Horrible – Horrible!!! 06.11.11 I called many stores for an iPad cover. Mine had cracked the day before. The only store that said they had one was Dr. Cell Phone - Sugarland & said come at 3 & it would take 1 hr to fix. I arrive at 3 to find they didn’t have the cover as told on the phone. Daniel said for our trouble he would give 10 % discount & have the cover shipped to the Wesleyan store which is convenient to our home. I was told it would be in Monday & 1 hour to fix. Sugarland quoted a price of 219 (tax & discount -211.19). I left a 32.47 deposit with 178.62 due. This was stated to us, was on the receipt & Daniel called the Wesleyan manager Saayad too. No call Monday so I called Tuesday 14th to see the status. I was told it was in, but on arrival noon Kristine told me that they didn’t have it, it was in Sugarland. Then after asking again to look, she reluctantly went to the back & found the screen. She then tells me I can pick it up tomorrow. I showed her the paper work & said NO, I was promised 1 hour service. I go back at 5:30, the staff is rude. We look at the iPad & then she says it will be 259.00. I said NO, I owe 178.62. I try to explain the situation & try to show the receipt & she starts yelling at me. Says pay 259.00 & that she doesn’t care what the paperwork says. I said call Saayad or Daniel & she says NO-PAY. I then open the box to take the iPad & she shuts my hand in the box & pulls the box away with my hand inside. Then Julio & Quy come out & they all start yelling & telling us they would not give us the iPad unless we pay. We keep stating we have paperwork with the amount due. I called Daniel & asked for his help. He called the location & finally they called Saayad the manager & he said, yes this was the amount. After 30 minutes of being yelled out by 3 people we pay 178.62. Then the receipt was printed out & it stated no warranty. We were told & the website states –30 day warranty. We asked for it to be changed & Kristine again was rude. Never in my life have I been treated this way. This is the worse Company! The Customer service at Wesleyan is horrible. They need to treat people like people. I will never shop here again. I would rather pay 300 plus dollars at Apple and get good service, good quality and a good warranty. Don’t come here to save a buck. The grief you get is not worth the extra cash in your pocket!

I am a window shopper by nature, after my iphone 4 screen got few cracks on the face, i started looking for iphone repair centers around houston.
I came across couple other repair shops besides apple store. Apple store was not an option since they charge over 299 to replace the glass. Then after quite some research i stumbled upon Dr. Cell Phone Houston. Their website had lot of information, driving directions were made easy and sounded like they are very knowledgeable people.
I went into the their office right near galleria and to my surprise, they fixed the screen in about 30 minutes!! I returned with a big smile and some extra money saved !! definitely would recommend Dr. Cell Phone for iphone repairs
iPhone 3G Cracked Screen Repair in 15 minutes.. I dropped my iphone and cracked the glass. Warranty had expired and I was not due for an upgrade until June. I went to the apple store to see if I could get it replaced. They do not replace the glass only so I would have to pay $200.00 to replace the whole thing. A rep mentioned that other customers had gone to Dr. Cell Phone and got the glass repaired for half the price. Went to Dr. Cell Phone and got the glass repaired in less than 30 minutes. Would definitely recommend.
