High quality, brand new, gated apartment, and affordable. Located in the Near Northwest area of houston, this property is being completely remodeled and is brand new inside and out including new kitchen, new appliances, new bathrooms, new HVAC, new dual pane windows/doors, siding, and community center. Good management and staff too.

I have lived here during the renovation and is was more than worth the wait to have a brand new place. google hollyview and check it out for yourself.

Horrible place. creepy crawlers are problems dosen't repair emergency problems in a timely manner

bad area shootings inside complex, bad kids, police are always there for problems. Office personnel they are awful and phony and liars. 07/.2009. Property not in good shape lot of vacancy.

This is review that trashes a beautiful,safe,quiet, quality property that has been awarded a $8,000,000 grant for moderate income Houstonians! Hollyview is an brand new affordable, luxury property that is affordable. People like the "MNUDAW" do not live here!
