Absolutely the best!. The owner and staff at Chrysalis set the standard in customer service and skin care! They are genuine, caring and they provide the best service in town. You will not experience a more nurturing environment anywhere. Best facial I've ever had!!!

Absolutely Not.. These folks are the absolute worse I have ever encountered at customer service. As a loyal customer for over a year (yes they did good work)- they proceeded to charge me the full price for a facial because I cancelled 3 hours before my appointment. Nobody ever told me it was a 4 hour notification requirement when I scheduled or confirmed- and they wouldnt back down! A loyal customer for over 1 year lost because of this? Absolutely unbelievable. Nevermind that they have cancelled on me before and rescheduled me without confirming. Then they got upset when I dont show up! Give me a friggin break and learn customer relationship management 101. Lost customer and will wholeheartedly recommend against these people.

Super service, the best in Houston,maybe anywhere! Great people!!.
If you want an average day at the spa, this is not the place to be. On the other hand if
you want to feel on top of the world after your visit, you want to go here. This spa
is the hidden gem in Houston.
