Strata. I came here for lunch recently with a co-worker and tried their Executive Lunch. It includes two savory sides. I had the Beef Tournedos medium and my co-worker had the Parmesan Garlic Shrimp. Service was quick and the food was good and reasonably priced for lunch. We later decided to check out their Happy Hour that the server was telling us about that they have the 2nd Thursday of every month with complimentary appetizers. What a great way to unwind for the evening with friends and business associates. The bar is not overbearingly loud like most bars. You can actually carry on a conservation and be heard. Great place for drinks & food.

FInally! Great food in Champions!. I was first introduced to Strata through Groupon. I wasn't expecting much since the restaurants out here are all chains but boy was I surprised! It's great to have a chef driven concept out here that knows how to do food! Now I've been there several times and the food was amazing! Their new menu is simply wow! I had the tomato Strata and my girlfriend had the empanadas. The heirloom tomatoes were sweet and the olive oil mix they had was great! My girlfriend had the seabass for her entree and I had the cinnamon ribeye. Both were melt in your mouth good! The flavors played off each other perfectly! Kudos to Strata for being able to offer what no other restaurant out here can, food that you can be proud of!

YUMMY!!. Never did i expect to find such a contemporary upscale dining experience in spring/champions area. As soon as you walk in the door you are amazed by the modern artsy decor. After being seated we were greeted by our server who was a very lovely young lady who answered all of our questions and left our mouths watering. I started out with the death links, which are made in house by Chef Jay. The death links were fresh and unique. Very tasty. I then ate the mushroom and arugula salad. It was fabulous. Very simple but full of flavor at the same time. My third course was the lamp shank, i have to start with yummy! It fell off the bone. Melted in your mouth. Just YUMMY! I will definitely be returning and as far as a star rating...5 starts across the board.

Strata. Been there twice - great food, atmosphere, and service both times. The executive lunch is reasonably priced and has perfect portions for a quick upscale lunch. The back-lit wall in the main dining room looks awesome!
