Amazing Hotel. What a great Hotel! Lovely new rooms with everything you could possibly need. The beds were heaven! Very comfortable and very clean. Great friendly service

The room was very spacious we were really able to make ourselves at home and spread out .The food was ok.

I will not consider any other Hotels in this location Than Crowne Plaza.

What a Great Hotel !. Wow !

My family and I have just returned after a 5 night stay at the Crowne Plaza Suites Houston. We booked our stay through Travelocity and we were greeted on check-in by Cindy, guest services representative who was expecting us and upgraded us to an executive suite on the 8th floor since I am a Priority Platinum Club Member. The rooms are well appointed, beds very comfortable with ample tea and coffee provided daily. We had a great meal in the restaurant downstairs at a reasonable price Throughout our stay someone from the front desk kept in touch making sure everything was OK for us and even arranged for a cake and handwritten card to be placed in my bedroom for my daughter on her birthday, nice touch. I spend a considerable amount of time in hotels and always try and stay at an IHG hotel which possible. The Crowne Plaza Suites Houston offers the highest guest room standards I have come across and all members is staff really went out of their way to make our stay special. An awesome emotional trip for my family which was made all the more special by our stay at the Crowne Plaza Houston. Thank You.

Excellent Choice. First of all the service is fantastic! Everyone on staff is very cheerful & polite. I have a great Time -.Rooms are soo Clean .You get the all Comfort .it was excellent - Go there you will have a good time for sure.

Excellent Crowne Plaza. An impressive property. As a Priority Club Platinum, I got a nice room upgrade. The staff throughout the hotel could not be better. The rooms are well set up for business, Nice pool this hotel is the complete package for business or leisure ... highly recommended.

I would Stay again. When we arrived at the crown plaza in Houston we were greated with great desk clerks. They were very helpful. The room was fantastic!! Very clean . The Bed was also Fantastic I got a great night sleep! My only concern was the restaurant service was slow.I would definitely stay there again and would recommend this hotel to any one.

Great Place to Stay. The hotel room was spacious, and clean. The bathroom was cozy but had all the essentials. We have stayed in nicer Crowne Plazas decor-wise but have never experienced service like it! the hotel is perfectly located . I would not hesitate to book this hotel again - the staff are a credit to IHG, the rooms were pleasant and the location was perfect!

Who could pass up the warm cookies that greeted us?

## Nice Place ##. Nice room, nice staff. Very quiet, and we got the room at a great price. We stayed here 3 nights. It is very close to the mall I loved it,the food was absolutly fantastic

*****Great Hotel ******. We booked the Crowne Plaza Sugarland as a "safe option" for the beginning of our trip and were not disappointed - it met our expectations fully and we had a very enjoyable 3 night stay. The room was a decent size with a nice beds,the staff were friendly, the gym was decent, and the bar area had a good atmosphere when we went for a nightcap! We felt it was in a good location - not too far from everything.

Wonderful Stay. Cant forget the beautiful design and interior of this hotel . I went for vacation and spent 3 nights it was amazing. very convenient location. I waited a bit at the reception it was a bit crowded but seing their servicemake u forget. the service was perfect..if i come back to Houston I wouldnt choose other than

Bring Seconal! Lots of it!. Ok, yes we understand that there has to be some rooms that face the highway. However, when you check in at 3:00 and say that is not going to work for you and are told " We are still cleaning rooms we will get back to you" is it wrong to assume that they are going to "get back with you" and when you return from dinner at 7:00 pm they will have moved you into one of those now "clean" rooms?

Instead you have been ignored completely? OK maybe it won't be that bad. Call and get some pillows for the kids. 7:30pm. "May have two pillows for the pullout?"

"yes" BUT nooooo the pillows never arrive. There is no contact from the staff to let you know you are out of luck and you will not be recieving pillows. You have been ignored again. Sleepless night. Toss turn. Dust coming in from the vents.Smelly dust at that. Noise. Lots of traffic noise. No sleep.4:oo am give up wander around the hotel. Call the front desk at 6:15 am. Are we told " So sorry"? Are we told " let me send up some breakfast so at least your morning can start well"? Are we told anything resembling words of concern or helpfulness? NO we are told " well, we provide ear plugs!" EAR PLUGS????? Are they kidding? Not only that but,if indeed we had wanted to "sleep" with foriegn objects in our ears, there was only one pair and after the pillow thing I would not hold out hope for anymore. If you can sleep with 14 lanes of traffic outside your window you might have nice stay. Or maybe the people on the backside of the hotel had pillows , comfort, quiet and dust free sleep.

If we could give a half of a star we would. As it is the only reason we give it one star is that at least there were no spiders in the tub or odd stains on the sheets.
