Little Bigs - Little Flavour for Big Prices. After hearing that this place was as good as Becks Prime just serving sliders instead of burgers, we decided to finally go there.

Well I have to say that this place looks neat and has great outdoor seating, but I did not find anything special about the food there. Ive read a couple of reviews before going to this place about the food and everyone raved about the chiken sliders but I decided to try the beef ones. Well even though the food did not take a long time to arrive I was dissapointed by the way the sliders looked. The sliders looked a little overcooked and were not juicy at all. The taste was bland and dry and the onions were just overpowering the slider. Maybe their other dishes are good but I expect everything on the menu to be good, wherever I go.

I guess if you are looking for something better then BK or McDonalds late at night, this is the place for you

Best burgers!. Want to find a great place to grab some food while hungry during late night hours? I recommend this place!

My friend lives 5 minutes away from this place, and I must say the have the best chicken mini burgers ever! I took my nephews here too and they definitely loved it. The food was cooked right, and it didn't take that long at all for our orders to come in. It filled us up pretty good and we had a great late night dinner.

Good value, casual atmoshpere. Need a casual place to go and have some burgers and beer? Little Bigs offers four slider options - burger, fried chicken, pulled pork and black bean. Ironically, the burger slider is the least favorite. The chicken slider must be eaten with the signature sauce (siricha remoulade), the pulled pork and the black bean have some good spice. The twice cooked fries are salted with coarse sea salt and you can watch the game on flat screens inside or out on the patio.

Disappointed. The Reef is a great place so Little Big's has to be great too, right?

Today, I went to Little Big's today all excited to get trio of sliders (one beef with cheese, one chicken and one pork bbq) with a side of fries because I love burgers and am always looking for good burgers in Houston area. Ugg.

The beef burger was sloppy first off (bun was not toothpicked on burger straight and cheese was half on burger and half on bun), it wasn't seasoned and it was overcooked. It looked like an overcooked dried out meatball. Then there was the chicken sandwich-- it was probably the best of any of them, but it was nothing to call home about. It somewhat reminded me a smaller version of Kentucky Fried Battered chicken sandwich without the flavor. The Pork Barbecue has no "Carolina" sauce or flavor to the meat and the cole slaw on top was like cole slaw mix without the dressing. Here I was expecting it to have the vinegarness and sweetest of Carolina BBQ. The fries were a big portion probably bigger than all the trio burgers together and would be best shared between a group. They are okay, but nothing that you couldn't find something similiar to or better at a fast food restaurant or any of other burger establishments in Houston.

The workers there seemed very nice and helpful. The buns on the sandwiches were cute little slider buns like no slider I have ever had, but they were good.

Do yourself a favor and go someplace else.

Not Feeling It!. Tasteless overcooked burgers. The 4 minutes fries tasted like 40 hours old fries. At least my diet coke tasted ok, but too bad they don't offer coke zero!

Great Little Place with Little Burgers. Not sure why this simple restaurant has so many bad reviews. The menu is simple, the food isn't unusually expensive for what you're getting, and the backyard feel suits the place.

Definitely worth a try.

Not too shabby.... I have been going to Little Big's since they opened and I definitely liked it more when it first opened.

They have awesome buns that are lightly salted with sea salt. They have tasty frozen drinks like the Big Pink (frozen Sangria), and their signature "The Dude" which is a frozen White Russian (obviously the name pays tribute to the Big Lebowski himself).

Since it opened I feel like the food quality has gone down a bit. The beef sliders have sauteed onions but recently they have been too sweet and liquidy so I've had to ask to have them excluded from my meal. Regardless of onion quality, the patties are seasoned very well, and fit with the bun perfectly.

They have introduced a pork slider which is actually pretty good. It is garnished with cole slaw, and on the tasty little slider bun. I haven't had a chance to try the newer black bean slider but I'm sure its tasty as well. I'm not a big fan of the chicken slider, its a bit too plain for my liking.

I hit this place up every few weeks, and I'd recommend giving it a try.

Bryan Caswell, why did you fail me?. When Ming’s, the Chinese restaurant the occupied this location closed up shop I vowed to hate whatever took its place. Ming’s had been the default meet-up place for European motorcyclists for years, we all loved Fai, the owner and we all loved the crowd.

Yet when I discovered that it would be Bryan Caswell’s next venture opening in the spot I caved and gave it a try. Despite the fact that I am not a fan of the slider trend because I can happily eat an entire large burger and don’t comprehend paying more for less meat and more bun, my faith in Caswell as a talented chef convinced me to order them. I ordered one of the beef and one of the fried Portobello, which sounded delicious along with an order of fries. My beef burger was overcooked and my Portobello tasted nothing like the mushroom goodness that it implied. They sat before me like limp buns of sadness while I gorged on fries that despite being good enough were nothing special. I was tempted to order a shake then but I was too angry about my fail burgers and missing Mai’s.

Perhaps the place was simply teething as they had just opened. I have been meaning to give it another try but can’t bring myself to do it with so many great burger options abounding.
