The appeal is not only in the discount prices, starting at $5, but in the massive selection--thousands of items, including boots, earring and necklace sets, silky tank tops and funky, oversized sunglasses, form a labyrinth that is obligingly organized by color. Every stylista should be able to find something to suit her personal style, be it graffiti-grunge or modern Victorian, and cute items like sparkly pink tape measures and pin-up-girl pillboxes make it hard to leave without just a little something.
