Dentiq is incredible. THE BEST in HOUSTON! I did my homework and from start to finish the amazing team and phenomenal Doctors at Dentiq made the experience of my entire smile make-over painless and fantastic. I have a million dollar smile and perfect oral health; both of which have changed my LIFE! I am so confident now and I LOVE what I see in the mirror!!! THANK YOU DENTIQ!!!! I cannot recommend them highly enough!!!!!!

Dr. Johnson is simply amazing... she is a truly talented artist!

I had veneers and crowns installed by another dentist a little over 4 years ago. The consequence of that decision is that I now have to get my veneers repaired once or twice a year, at the most inopportune times, because they continue to chip and fracture. I also never really fell in love with the design of my smile.

The day after my 50th birthday, I had a another veneer come off while I was eating dinner at Benjys. That was the last straw. I sought out several expert opinions in Dentistry to better understand my options. Dr. Johnson's office, Dentiq Dentistry, was the only office that did a series of comprehensive diagnostic tests to figure out what the problem was and suggested sound ways to fix it. It turns out that my bite was off.

My thought was that if they are this thorough at my first visit, then I can expect the same throughout the course of treatment. I was right! I decided to fix my bite (which required putting longer crowns on all the back teeth) and re-doing my veneers in the front. The entire process took about 3 1/2 months to complete, and now I LOVE how my smile feels and looks! I couldn't be happier. Thank you to all the wonderful people at Dentiq Dentistry.

Great office... Even better experience!!!

I was referred to Dentiq by a close, personal friend whom has had extensive treatments completed by Dr. Johnson and Dr. Hanna. When I arrived for my first visit, I immediately felt like I was in the right place. The staff is really friendly and their clinical approach is really thorough. I did not know that my first visit would take 2 hours... I had a meeting that I had to reschedule so be sure to plan to be there for a while.

I met with Dr. Johnson who is an absolute sweetheart. She reviewed my smile wishes with me and clearly explained, step-by-step, how we'd get there (implants and veneers). Afterwards, I met with Brian (the treatment coordinator) to review my treatment plan again, look at before and after pictures, and go over the associated costs. I was really impressed.

I finished my smile makeover 3 months ago and I couldn't be happier! Things did'n't go exactly as planned (which is to be expected when doing so much treatment) but it all worked out beautifully.

Dr. Johnson and Dentiq are amazing. I am forever grateful. Thank you!

BEWARE! All that glitters is not gold - they don't deliver what they promise or to a quality that's inferred through their facade. Yes the office is incredibly cool, (they even offer wine/alcohol when waiting for treatment), but that's where it ends. That comfort zone disappears as soon as you go back to the 'chairs'.

I went in asking for my cantilevered crowns be replaced (they were 15 years old and had moved slightly on one side). Their sales guy (Brian H) spent a lot of time trying to persuade me that I should consider implants, which because it was with front teeth and in my smile line, implants would give a much better 'smile solution'. I was very wary of implants as the cantilever crowns worked really well, looked natural, great colour etc .... but after many months (8!) of Brian's powers of persuasion, I agreed to proceed with implants. I was told my treatment plan would take approx 6-8 months to complete. SEVENTEEN MONTHS LATER they installed the 3rd final set of crowns. Yes it took 3 attempts to get this far, and the crowns they installed are still not right. However Dentiq have basically said they have finished treatment and they feel they delivered to expectations!?! Dentiq have declined to confirm to WHOSE EXPECTATIONS because they certainly weren't mine, to walk out of their dental office $7k poorer, 17 months later, with damaged gums from all the work, rework, and rework, and with teeth that look worse now than when I walked into the place!!

Other 'practices' that just didn't sit well with me, was the standard way customers are treated. 'm not alone in this experience. For example, despite turning up on time for appointments, you mostly always spend at least an hour in reception waiting to be called, then after being taken back and prepped with many parties talking to you and supposedly relaying what you say directly to Dr Johnson (who doesn't ask you herself but has her techs relay the info ... like chinese whispers!), then you wait another hour or so for Dr Johnson to come into the room, who generally does some work, and then leaves to attend other patients in between and during your own appointment time with her, resulting in you being left sitting for extended periods of time before Dr Johnson returns. This happens a lot through your appointment time, with no regard or any thought for your time, your other commitments, or otherwise, resulting in appointment times running way over expectations. I've had several occasions where I had a two hour appointment and was sitting there 7 hours later !!!! Yes seriously ... and then finding myself walking out 7 hours later without Dr Johnson having completed all that you went in for initially. I just don't see the logic!!

I have watched this place over the last 17 months, and I believe it's a true production line mentality, driven by over booking patients to get as many on the books as possible, and not having enough staff/dentists to cope with them. But that seems to be their business model as it doesn't change.

In my case, that was only some of the peripheral annoyances. The real trouble was with the quality of the cosmetic dentistry performed by Dr Johnson, and the quality of the products she was receiving back from her labs. They say they have their own labs, but I had to endure weeks of delays waiting for lab work from California, and when it did arrive, Dr J wouldn't be happy with it (after installing) so would remove and send back !! So don't believe everything they say about it being a one stop shop.

They call themselves the smile experts, have ads in the fancy papers and magazines and quite frankly, that just gives you a false sense of confidence in their ability. I found the quality of customer care, and dental services performed by Dentiq to be TERRIBLE.

BEWARE of undertaking any dental work at Dentiq!!!!

Absolutely Wonderful!!. Going to the dentist is not high on my list of things I want to do, but my teeth and gums required a long-term dental treatment plan. With that being said, I love coming to Dentiq. The second I open the door knew that I was not in a conventional dentist office. I was welcomed with a beautiful smile and a personal greeting. The waiting room is stylishly designed but I’m never left waiting for very long, which is extremely important to me. My time is important and I don’t want to waste it in a waiting.

I was in kind, professional and competent hands. I instinctively relaxed, opened my mouth and let them do what needed to be done. Every step of the process I was made to feel like I was the only client for the day and that they had all the time in the world to tend to me.

In my business, client satisfaction is extremely vital and I go out of my way to make sure my clients unique needs are meet. I’m always on the lookout for businesses that perform at that same level (sadly there’re not many) and Dentiq does that. I will never go anywhere else.

Dentiq Dentistry. This is really the place to be! I could not be happier with Dentiq. The staff is all very knowledgeable and easy to talk to! I talked to Dr Sista not too long ago at a consultation (which is complementary!). Although I did have to wait for a little while to talk to him it was totally worth it. He came in and went over everything with me. He explained to me WHY I needed this specific treatment and answered all of my questions. I have not ever really trusted dentists prior to coming here. I LOVED this place and will be a customer of theirs for a very long time.

Dentiq is the BEST! Hands Down!!!!!. I've been a dentiq client going on 2 years now and I have to say that I have never experienced dentistry and orthodontic of this class.

It would be great if they were just skillful in what they do but the fact of the matter is that Dentiq is more than just a Dental office. The front staff is super! The hygienists are amazing and the oral surgeons are (in my opinion) among the best in Houston!

The fact is that I am not a huge fan of going to the dentist, which is probably why I've used every level of service they provide (lol) but I actually ENJOY stopping by and visiting my friends at Dentiq because I know that no matter what I have to get done that day, I am in excellent hands!

I would HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend their services!

I LOVE this place.. I love getting a reminder call telling me my appointment is the next day! The front office, assistants, and my dentist treat me like family and I have a strong feeling other patients there feel the same. I have heard and seen multiple conversations between other patients and everyone that works there seems truly genuine, like they ACTUALLY care! I would recommend this dental office to anyone who has teeth, or are needing them.
