John Moore Plumbing fixed my plumbing problem and solved the problem with less work that I thought was going to be needed. He not only fixed the problem but checked everything to be sure I was not going to have a future problem. Very professional technician and fixed in a timely manner. I am so happy to have the problem repaired!

We have an annual service agreement with John Moore for just about everything in our home. Takes out all the hassle of remembering to make appointments, they take care of all that. Always helpful, on time and knowledgeable. Will be renewing next year.

The first time ever that a plumber was on time. I decided to give John Moore a try after being disappointed by other plumbers. The tech figured out the problem within a couple of minutes, gave me options (I chose the most expensive) and then he said that actually he was able to repair it at the less expensive cost as once he opened it up he saw the problem was not as bad as it could have been. THANK YOU JOHN MOORE.

I have used John Moore Services three times in the past 18 months for HVAC related issues. Each time a professional and knowledgeable technician arrived, properly diagnosed the problem, educated me on it and resolved the issue. I have only used John Moore at my home and intend to continue doing so based on the results. Thank you John Moore for your continued fine service!

SO -- I had an a/c unit installed two years ago by a so-called reputable long-in-business company, and it didn't work as well as it should have. After four service calls, all under warranty, and a couple of repairs "that will fix it," I finally called John Moore, and I called John Moore because I had a neighbor who himself was an a/c guy that needed something done through his insurance, and because he didn't want insurance company questions, he called a competitor. Who did he call? John Moore.

A really good technician came out, and right away figured out that the installation was basically wrong. John Walker -- ask for him !!! Not only does he look like an accountant, clean and starched, but he has 15 years' experience, is patient, communicates fabulously, and looks at everything, checks everything. AND he was on time on SATURDAY !! My a/c works -- finally.

So, your ready for a great Labor Day weekend and you wake up with no AC. On top of that you find your your dryer doesn't appear to have power to it. When it rains it pours, right? Having been referred to John Moore by a neighbor, I give them a call. Both issues were fixed within just a few hours, and I couldn't have been more pleased by how nice the service techs were. Even the person who answered the phone, could not have been nicer and more helpful in getting me VERY quick service.
