The classes are fabulous its fun, its hard too... but the time goes by so quickly your always surprised when it comes to the end.
This unique studio oozes class and sophistication. from the thoughtful little extras ...towels to the lockers to the European style restrooms Yet its not intimidating just very welcoming. My thighs toned up in two weeks and I've never seen my calves look so good. Stomach tightened and defined and my bottom that once could
of demanded its own zip code lifted and rounded. What more could you want ? Except this all comes with the charismatic azure eyed handsome enthusiastic owner whose humor gets you through the lessons . So 5 +++++
Best Workout in Houston.
You will look forward to working out ... This place is amazing. The classes stay fresh so you don't get bored. You see results immediately, and feel the toning happening, but don't feel the soreness, because of all the stretching.
This is exactly what I had been looking for! The studio is great, and peaceful (how many gyms can you say that about?), and the instructors are fantastic. You feel like you have a personal trainer.
I signed up for the unlimited classes a month, and I go as many days a week I can.
Awesome workout!. This is the best workout I've ever done. I'm even willing to drive "outside the loop" ... totally worth it ...
Total Body Workout!!. I did the Power Lunch session (30 min) and LOVED it!! With Henry's enthusiasm and pace, it seemed like 5 min! I have never had a work out like this before and it's the perfect amount of time for my schedule. The location is easily accessible too!
Knowledgable, articulate and compassionate instructor. The owner, Henry, definitely knows what he's talking about. You can tell that he's put his heart and soul into his teaching and that he practices what he preaches. I think his programming is incredibly innovative and before I had met him, I had never even considered doing Yoga.
Most fun and efficient workout in Houston!.
I've been lifting weights and doing strength training for 2 years consistently, and I've seen more results from just 2 months of Define! Henry knows what it takes to shape and tone a woman's body, and the classes are relaxing and energizing as they are fat burn and total body toning!
The studio is like a serene spa, the teachers are passionate and friendly, and the music is always upbeat. This workout won't wear you out from a cardiovascular standpoint, rather, it will shape your body in no time!
I've probably visited every gym and studio in Houston - tried variations of yoga, Pilates, kettle bell classes, proformers, etc. - and nothing gives you the results like Define! Not to mention the deep stretches prevent soreness, so you can go all week long!
An amazing workout!. Time flies in this class! Before you know it, an hour has passed and you've gone through an entire body workout. I've tried yoga and pilates in the past, and nothing really compares to this. Definately a great investment!

Awesome class!. I have been going to Define for almost a month and absolutely LOVE it! I have noticed a huge difference in my body....especially my legs, arms and abs! The instructors are awesome and I loooove the music! I hate going to big gyms, and I did yoga for a while....but this is a nice change! I highly recommend it!! : )
a great workout!!!. This is such a unique total workout from head to toe, which encompasses stretching, strength and toning. I am definitely seeing a difference in my mid section with only one month of working out 3 days a week. My arms are toned and my flexibility has improved tremendously. This is a definite routine I'm sticking with. I'm loving the place, the exercise and instructors and mainly the results!
You'll Love it!. I love this class! It's a great full body work out with lots of stretching and strengthening. Fun Music, great energy. You leave feeling balanced and energized, not drained like some exercise. It's as hard as you push yourself with encouragement from instructor. Excellent total body workout!
