Best tree team around!. This team of workers are just the best! From a real person answering the phone to the assurance of constant communications with all involved on a project, this group has proven their intregrity to us over a 2 year period. The quotes we are given whether verbal or writtten are very competitive and always honored. They are punctual, professional and their clean up is superb. This business with top of the line equipment to complete any size job, has been able to maintain a "down home family atmosphere" that makes it a pleasure to work with them. We have recommended them to friends who have been equally satisfied. Insured/Intregity/Hard Workers = Returning Customers

Pleased and happy w/results. The Houston Tree Team was recommend by someone whose parents had used them. We were pleased with the quote and answers to our questions about their service. After checking with several other folks who had used this company, we signed the contract and work began.

I cannot say enough about the promptness and courtesy and cleanliness of this company.

We were very pleased with their service and have recommended them to all we know.

Great company and really nice, friendly people to deal with.

What a disappointment!. I got a quick and courteous response to my request for a quote. They were there right on time and gave me an affordable price. All was right with the world.

I called to get a quote to take more of the tree down. They said no problem. They didn't need to come back out and gave me an ammended price. We scheduled the work.

The crew arrived right on time. I showed the lead guy the tree and he said they couldn't do it for the price quoted. He said I should have known the price was too low!! How would I know that? Turns out I was talking to the owner of the company!

I said another outfit had been out and gave me a price for taking just a couple branches. He said then have them do it! He didn't even attempt to discuss any alternatives. Apparently I was just straight up dumb for believing their quote in the first place.

I was quite stunned and disappointed by the whole exchange! I won't attempt to do business with them in the future.

Absolutely outstanding company! Quick quote and service.. A few days ago I received a decent quote from a Houston based tree service. Then yesterday morning I get a couple phone calls from "another" tree service and get quoted an absurd figure, nearly double the first quote. I immediately get on my smart phone and look up another tree service company, "Houston Tree Team". I call around 8AM, yesterday, and leave a message. I get a call back within 10 minutes and give my info and address. Within the hour they have a quote that puts the 2 companies to shame. Plus I added an extra stump grind I left off the first 2 quotes. I was told they would be at my house around 10AM the next day! Wanting to see their work I show up around 10:30AM and they have already cut down all 4 of the trees..dang! I missed it. On another plus side they cleared some trees branches I cut down last weekend, just to be nice.



In short they are very respectful of your property and clean up is a snap. All their employees were nice and courteous. If I could rate higher I would!

Friendly People. I didn't end up using the Tree Team, but they were recommended by a friend that LOVES their work. I called and setup a time to get a free quote. Denise was super friendly on the phone, and her husband George was super nice when he came out to give a quote.

The only "funny" thing was that Denise called me later asking to setup a time for the trimming, but I told her I had already gotten a quote from George. And she was like, "What did you need done again?" Maybe some notes next to my name would have helped... but other than that, they were very friendly and nice!!

(I ended up finding someone that quoted less...I only needed one branch cut). Oh! They mentioned that they might be able to price match...10% below an actual written quote from any competitor... you'll want to double check that, but not a bad deal!

They are fully covered by insurance.

BEST EVER!. They are true professionals, they cut down 5 pine trees, they did a great job. You can not even tell they were here. They are GREAT and very AFFORDABLE! All Staff is very friendly. VERY PLEASED! Recommend, they are also available 24/7.

Exceptional. The Houston Tree Team cleaned up over 40 threes (toped, clearing 12 feet up and dead branches) . They Cut down two and ground five stumps. The Staff was overly friendly and efficient. (some swing like monkey's from tree to tree) When finished I spoted two branches I wished to have cut down. Immediately they did it cleaned up, packed up, hulled away and left the place far better then when the came. I give them EXCEPTIONAL for all.
