Great Food. I've only been to Yuppie Dog to purchase food for my dog but every time I go, the staff is extremely helpful and they let me know about different specials they have as well as new products. Yuppie Dog has healthy grain-free food like Orijen and Acana, and they sell cool treats like Venison bones.

Great Service!. We love this place! My baby has been going here 5 days a week since he was a couple of months old (April timeframe) and he is always excited to play all day in Doggie Day Care. They offer grooming (which I have done weekly for him) and has always been perfect. They also offer training with Mary (he has taken both group and private lessons). Mary has done so well training him and he is crazy about her! He loves the the staff there and believe me, he may look cute, but he is not so fond of strangers and will let you know it. It amazes me at how good they are with him on a day to day basis. The guys and girls in the play area with him send me pictures and videos every so often, which is always really cute and puts a smile on my face. I know when I have to travel for work, he is in good hands at Yuppie Dog!

AMAZING. My dog LOVES this place!! The KTs who brings my dogs to me are always friendly!! They all remember my dog's name and they know that I'm their mother! They treat my dog like a baby so I know she's in great hands!!

Great training and care!. I Love Mary, my dog's trainer. She has really turned my 1.5 year old dog around. He was becoming a bit aggressive and protective but with a few sessions, he has really made progress. I am looking forward to continuing our sessions and I just know he will grow up to be the perfect dog with Mary's help.

We boarded him at Yuppie Dog for a week and he came home happy and healthy. I would not have a hesitation to use this facility again.

Excellent Services. Our trainer took our dog to Yuppie Dog for the first time because she works there now. He had playtime and got groomed. He was a very handsome, happy dog when she brought him home! Knowing what an excellent trainer Mary is, I knew this place wouldt be great!

Great doggie daycare. I have taken our 2 dogs to Yuppie Dog daycare about 4 times now, and they love it! And I love it because they are really tired out when I pick them up after work!

What really impressed me was the 2nd day I took them, one of the staff greeted them by their names. And every time I go, they remember me and my dogs. They really have a friendly staff and great service.

Beware!!. Absolutely awful, your pet is better off at home! I started taking my dog there a few months ago for doggy daycare a few times a week. At first it was ok, my dog seemed to have a lot of fun but in the past couple months the place has taken a turn for the worse. In a matter of a month I have suddenly spent close to a 1000 dollars on visits to the Vet to treat my dog after picking him up from this filthy place. He's had kennel cough, eye inefections (conjunctivitis), fleas, skin rashes, vomiting etc. I have also had issues with my dog eating pieces of torn up toys that are not picked up and then vomiting and passing them. I brought this up with the staff and absolutely nothing was done because the vomiting continued for the next month. Most recently, he was limping from being attacked and bitten on one leg. He had leg swelling, fever and was lethargic for a couple days.

Overall the place is increadibly overcrowded, unsanitary and poorly run. The staff at the front are very polite and nice but the people that actually handle the animals are not to be trusted. Beware.

Bad First and LAST experience!!!. I took my dog to get groomed here because it was highly recommended to me and I liked their grooming packages i read about online.

We received a certificate for our dog with the heavenly package which includes the works... teeth cleaning, ear cleaning, anal gland check, cut, nail trim, nails painted if wanted, and a bow/bandana/or tie, this package runs at 50$.

I was very excited to drop off my dog and could not wait to see her when she was done. Unfortunately i had to wait 6 1/2 hours to see my baby. She was dropped off at 9am, and they did not call me until 3:30pm that she was done. Really??? A 10 lbs yorkie takes almost 7 hours to groom? What a JOKE!

Not only did they take almost 7 hours... she did not have her nails painted, did not have a bow, AND they charged me an additional 10.99$ for a handling fee... because she was supposedly "moving too much". Come on, this is your JOB! Why should I be charged because you cannot handle a 10 lbs yorkie while getting groomed?

Her body was cut the same as the place I already take her to, which charges 30$ AND only takes about 2 hours 3 max. Weird how that groomer never complained about not being able to do her job because my dog "moved too much". Pathetic.

To top it off, my dog was acting very weird. She was not her normal self and seemed to be scared and very defensive towards other people for about an hour and a half after being at Yuppie Dog. I do not know what happend to her while at these facilities, but they better be happy there is not a way of me finding out.

My dog is to me, as well as other pet owners would agree, like a child to me. If someone would pick up their child from day care and the child seemed scared or defensive, questions would be raised. I will NEVER give these people my services EVER again. And I will make it clear to ANYONE whom asks about this place what I really think about it.

The staff seemed very distracted and did not seem to know what they were doing. If I had to pay for this service I would be extremely pissed. You are better off taking your dog else where. Do not trust this place.

A groomer that really has it.... Recently,Our pet was groomed at Yuppie dog.We spoke to the Groomer/Manager about our special instructions for our baby.Sarah took that into consideration and really exceeded our expectations!She truly has God given talent with those scissors.He looked like he feel out of one of those pet magazines.Amazing Groomers are hard to find.I dont think "Amazing" does Sarah Justice!Kudoz young Lady!
