Would Rather be at a Chuck E Cheese. I will never go back to this Dave & Busters. The Service from all of the staff was horrible, I felt as though it was social hour (for the employees) and I was bothering them. At times I was waiting for the Staff to finish their conversations with one another before they helped customers in the gift shop or the ticket counter. It seems as though the people there were a bunch of teenage hoodlums looking for trouble. I witness a very heated confrontation with my 4 year old on his birthday which scared him to death. This is not a place I will take my children, nor will I EVER spend my money at this facility again. This is not the D&B I remember...

I only gave this place one star because this site would not allow me to give them no stars... Don't Waste your Money.

Fun but expensive and hot. Let me start by saying the food and drink is expensive here! I paid almost three bucks for a glass of coke! I had a burger here which wasnt that great...tasted like cheap processed food. Fries somewhat salty.

The staff is alright but they do come off like they dont care at times. The place gets very warm after being there for awhile. I wish they would do more maintainence here. The air hockey tables on the corner needed some attention.

I don't mind coming back but I sort of think the Richmond Ave location is better...seems more in order.

Everything Broken. Like any D&B location, their philosophy for maintenance is to never repair anything, ever, unless it runs out of tickets or stops responding to card-swipes.

Every time I've gotten roped into going to a D&B location, I was promised that "this one is different." Every time I'm proven right: every machine has something broken, nothing ever works right. Skee-ball is missing balls, the air hockey tables have 3-4 dead zones, the "shooting games" have only one of two guns working (so good luck playing with a friend!) and on and on.

Save yourself the aggravation; have dinner somewhere else where the food is better and just bring your friends home to play some games on a Nintendo Wii or something.

Awesome place to go for some fun!. I visited Dave & Busters the other night with a few friends and had a fantastic time! Anytime I had an issue with the machines, a member of the staff went above and beyond my expectations to help me! Thanks for making this such a fun place to hang out at! Too bad the area around has really gone down the hill :(

Fun but hot and crowded. We never been here before and we took a road trip to Houston and decided to go to Dave & Busters. This is the location we went to on Satureday night. It was fun, they stayed open to 2am but I was shocked at the children in this place still at 1:30am. They should pass a rule that no one under 21 allowed in after 11pm. They have a bar here and alot of people are drinking so i dont think its the best place for a child to be at night. But Other then that it was fun, you can eat, drink and play just like the advertisment says. I wish they would build one closer to my house.
